WOW, finally caught up...LOL
I'm not sure about the conspiracy theory but if the Sheriff is a controlling guy, he definitely could sway the way the investigation went and what information was gathered, questions asked, what items were processed or not processed....did he feel like JS did from the get-go that it was a suicide and had the investigation go in that direction even though the one and only press conference led us to believe it was also being looked at as a possible homicide....
Without the release of the 911 calls, interviews, video survelliance tapes, cell phone records, detective reports, and on and on......perhaps RNs death was not really investigated as a possible homicide...
