Just to play devil's advocate here... I know of 2 women who manipulate the system to get what they want from their exes AND the system (courts, lawyers, tax payers) in regards to money, payments, custody, rights, etc.
There are two sides to every story. I've seen myself a couple women outright lie, play victim and greatly exaggerate situations to play the system to get what they want financially as well their children cut off dad completely - it's outraging! A friend of mine works in family services and said there are men with criminal records that still get child visitations - she said you have to do a lot to get completely cut off from child visitations as dads (parents) have rights. *Don't quote me on this as I don't know EXACT details, it was just something she said to me one time that I thought interesting as I've heard horror stories from women and some awful exes.
I do believe AS is probably unstable however, we don't know how stable mom is either.
Their relationship shouldn't impact a parent/child relationship, I feel like it should be treated separate even though hard at times.
I'm surprised the courts are allowing this. The only reason I can see them doing this is to protect integrity of the case and banning AS to protect evidence somehow. MOO.
