GOOD CATCH!!!!!!!! Off shore waters here all up and down the coast have horendous conditions right now. Notice the sun and "flat" water. Where were they? hhhhhmmmm........ Our boats here in Laud. haven't ventured out in quite a few days - both pleasure and business - not to say that I haven't seen boats coming and going in the past week. Interesting - would love to know where they were!!!!!!

Geraldo interviewed Jose for his week-end special....

Jose was in New York aboard Geraldo's boat....

LE cannot arrest her for not talking to them or charge her for anything for not talking to her. They have already charged her with a crime. They have no right to talk to her now. LE should NOT have charged her when they did. Then maybe they would have got more info out of her. Once a suspect or a person lawyers up, they do not have to talk to LE and LE cannot contact or question the person again.

I agree with you that they shouldnt have charged her when they did but hind sights always 20/20. They probably thought is she spent some time locked up or being questioned hard that should would spill the beans, but that of course did not happen. I do feel confident that LE will come through in the end though and give little Caylee some justice! I pray they do anyway!

After seeing the LIVE report of Geraldo infront of the Anthony home at 2:00 PM with all of the "security" sitting in the truck, I would have to believe Casey was home otherwise, one of the clan would be following Casey.

One of the cable news stations....don't remember which one as I was switching around for news of the VP selection.....said quite some time ago that she had returned to the house.

Just when we thought this mess could not get more bizarre we have, Geraldo. Figures somehow he wanted "in" on this. Lost all his credibility years ago...Al Capone's tomb indeed.
By all means give the Florida attorney the benefit of all your experience Geraldo. He could use your help. Take him out on your boat and talk to him so we can all see how you are involved in helping solve this case.
LP, Mr. Big black Hat toothpick in the mouth. How are you helping find Caylee today?
Maybe the tv appearances need to stop so you can attend to the reason you say you are here...to find the child you feel is alive. Got to find a way to get your 50 grand back first?
My view is this mother wanted to be like all her young friends. Carefree and partying as often as possible. She had a little one to care for. When it wasnt convenient for her party time she tried calling everyone she knew who might be able to take care of little Caylee. Wasnt able to reach anyone the night she made all the phone calls. Decided to party anyway and just leave little Caylee in the car seat. When she returned to the car, it was too late. Caylee could have been unconscious at that time. Casey did not know what to do. Maybe she put the child in trunk and drove around for awhile. Maybe needed gas and a shovel.
I wonder if Casey knows of Joran vds. He lied constantly as well.

Might be all Geraldo can afford after hiring all these extras he cast in this Casey show.

I'm surprised none of the the coming and goings were shown on FOX.

I have always felt that. Many on other boards believe she was a "mule" and if that is the case, then she will be protected with a LOT of money and connections no matter what she did.

We need to look at the OTHER cases Baez has defended in the courts in that area.
I have been researching that as we speak Turbo:blowkiss:

I think she used more than really being involved in dealing. I think she would have more money if she dealt. If she did deal, she was small time and possibly got in trouble somehow by losing her stash or something. I don't know; I'm reaching. I do think that she at the very least did drugs. I also think her friends did too. And more than just pot. JMO!!!!

Now that is an excellent question!! How DO they monitor her? Is it like checking out a library book?

Apparently she is on Home Confinement and GPS monitoring. GPS will always show her position. (Global Positioning System) and on home confinement she is required to check in and out when she is away from home. If she has an ankle monitor for that, she would be required to give her schedule ahead of time to the HC people and be required to check in and out. And yes, if she is wearing the HC monitor, it will beep if she is too far away.

Devorahhh

I don't know if this question has been raised yet or not, but I want to know why Casey is not being charged with something like "withholding evidence?" The family spokesman says that she is helping out and giving leads, but NOT to LE.....so since it's an open investigation, isn't there something they can charge her with since she is not giving them info? I know she can take the 5th and not talk to LE at all, as she has done, but she is openly talking to others about what she "says" she knows...
ANYONE????????????????????????????/ I've posted this 3 times....sorry!

From court documents (there's a link here with them):

COUNT TWO
LAWSON LAMAR, State Attorney of the Ninth Judicial Circuit prosecuting for the State of
Florida in Orange County, OR LAWSON LAMAR, State Attorney of the Ninth Judicial Circuit
prosecuting for the State of Florida in Orange County, by and through the undersigned Designated
Assistant State Attorney, under oath, CHARGES that CASEY MARIE ANTHONY, on the 16th day of
July, 2008, in said County and State, did, in violation of Florida Statute 837.05(1), knowingly give false
information to Detective Yuri Melich, a law enforcement officer for the Orange County Sheriff,
concerning the alleged Commission of a crime of Interference with Custody of a Child, said false
information being: the date and location where the defendant alleged that she last saw the child XXXXX.

You know, another scenario of this story could be that when Casey was making all those wild calls on the 16th, 17th etc that these 'drug friends' took off with Caylee as some sort of payback to Casey and she was wildly calling her mother, etc. Maybe 2 or 3 days later she got a big warning not to talk or they would do away with Caylee. It is a feasible situation. IF you want to believe the family. But dumping the car still makes no sense to me, the smell in the car and the cadaver dogs. This into the mix makes no sense. She had no reason to dump the car if Caylees body hadn't smelled it up. Also, how do these drug dealers expect anything from Casey since she is locked up and can't get them anything. You would think they would want to dump Caylee asap. I guess the only reason to keep her would be to keep Casey quiet. IF you believe this type of story. BUT I keep going back to the smell, the car dumping and the dogs..... I wish LE would get their act together and get those tests back. I really want to know if there is any evidence in that car.
