Cindy's BoA Checking Account

Was this the trip with WillW?

According to WW' LE interview...the IKEA trip was on July 5th. page 8

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/4825199/Casey-Anthony-William-Waters-Interview

WW: Yes. We had a conversation uhm, like during, during our lunch conversation we pretty much talked about what I did. Why I'm the, our, my position that I hold, my job and why I, or how I got that, and the, the economy.

So clearly after Tony made reference to possibly moving back to New York (during their phone call on July 4th)...KC was scouting for a new man...AND trying to determine his financial situation from the beginning.

Did your daughter have permission to take money from your accounts?
Answer by Cindy, "No".

Cindy, "It was long overdue for Casey to take a vacation with Caylee. Casey went months sometimes without even seeing her friends". Oh my.

Does Cindy come equipped with a shovel to move all she is spewing? More like Casey went months sometimes without even seeing her daughter.

For Cindy - a backhoe. At minimum, a backhoe. Yeppers, move in the heavy equipment.

Maybe CA figured she should mention it since everything else she was saying was just sh^t, too!

Thanks yall, thats just what i needed to go with my coffee. :sponge:

Which begs the question:

Why did George not have a checking account? It would be cheaper than running everything through Amscot.

I don't know..perhaps the Amscot fees are cheaper than a banks service charges The Amscot website states their fees are among the lowest in the country

I have many friends here in Orlando that go to Amscot and do the same as George..they cash their checks at Amscot and pay their bills.

The reason some of my friends say they go to Amscot is because they had their wallets and purse's stolen and had their credit cards and checks used by the thieves and so they decided to stop using their bank accounts.

Dispatch: OK, what did the person do that you need arrested?

Cindy: My daughter.

Dispatch: For what?

Cindy: For stealing an auto and stealing money. I already spoke with someone they said they would patch me through the Orlando umm Sheriff’s Department have a deputy here. I was in the car, I was going to drive her to the police station and no one … They said they would bring a deputy to my home. When I got home to call them.

Dispatch: So she stole your vehicle?

Cindy: Yes.

Dispatch: When did she do that?

Cindy: Umm on the 30th. I just got it back from the impound. I’d like to speak to an officer. Can you have someone come out to my house?

Dispatch: OK. OK. I have to ask you these questions so I can put them in in the call OK?

Cindy: OK.

Dispatch: The 30th of June?

Cindy: Yes

Dispatch: OK, how old is your daughter?

Cindy: 22.

Dispatch: OK, what’s her name?

Cindy: My name?

Dispatch: Her name.

Cindy: Her name?

Dispatch: And you said you have this vehicle back?

Cindy: Yes. And I have the umm statements.

In her depo with Morgan she was forced to tell the truth that she had not authorized ICA to use her checking account.. she knew she had already spilled the beans in the 911 call. The statements she is referring to are obviously her bank statements.

GA's credit cards were not stolen. The obvious reason GA seemingly had no checking account is that he had been previously fiscally irresponsible and Cindy controlled the purse strings. Banks will close your checking account for you if you have too many overdrafts...and when that happens it is no easy task to get another checking account.

The irony is rich.

Apple. Tree. dot dot dot.

I agree with what you have stated.

My original question (Where are George's financial records?) came to mind because (a) there were no records except for the credit card in arrears, (b) there are no regular deposits to Cindy's checking account that might be George's paycheck, and (c) it seemed odd to me that George would cash a check of approximately $750 ($12/hr x 80 hours – taxes) every 2 weeks to pay the utilities and his car. I stand corrected on (c).

Even if he was paying for a high-end car, that plus the utilities may have taken one check. What did he do with the other check? He was not paying off his delinquent credit card. "Putting change in Caylee's piggy bank" doesn't account for the other $750 check. And someone (Shirley?) said George was *supposed* to pay x, y, and z, insinuating that there were few times he did not.

I would think that Cindy would have grabbed any extra money to pay off her credit cards, or at least help pay some of Casey's bills. I can't see George needing that much pocket change or mad money. Even if he was only earning half that, there should be something left over. Where is it? What happened to it?

So many possibilities - he used it for girlfriends, he had an account nobody knew about, he was paying off another debt we don't know about, he's got an offshore account.... OK,maybe no offshore account. But the missing amounts make me go Hmmmmmm.

Just a point of curiosity. I didn't mean to derail the thread.

Oddly enough in one of George's job apps (for Security Forces), he lists his address at Hopespring Dr. from 8/1/89 until 1/1/08.
Why an end date???

see link in GA investigation thread/

Did he leave the house again in early 08????

Pocket money for food, gas, eating out, toll bills, clothing, electric, water, car repairs, etc. It adds up fast. I think GA had enough smarts to keep HIS money away from his daughter. jmo

AND..... (this *just* occurred to me, after pondering on this for days - duh) ....

Most banks will not cash checks unless you have an account with them. No account for George, no cash at the bank. This leaves Amscot.

We have seen that Casey had to fill out various records at Amscot. In one she lists Jesse as her husband. These seem to take the place of the account-with-us at the bank, serving as identification.

Where are George's records?

There *has* to be a paper trail for George. You don't cash a check these days without a record of it somewhere. Even if he just got cash, there's paper. I want to know where it is and what it says.

I'm greedy like that. :D

GA is not a suspect so LE did not ask for the information.
