Cindy's BoA Checking Account

Perhaps a few here can relate, I know I can, to a sibling getting away with, and taking, far too much due to the existence of grandchildren.

From what we know Casey always got away with things (not graduating, faking not pregnant, not paying Lee for the car etc) and mommy covered for her. We can't use Caylee as an excuse for Cindys behavior because she was already playing the part before Caylee came along. Though obviously as Casey got older she got better at manipulating Cindy and once Caylee came she used her as a weapon in her IMO well stocked arsenal.

imo

Are you peeking in my window?

Yes, grandchildren used as excuses, as bribes, as threats, as lures. It's not pretty to watch, and the victim will not recognize this enabling behavior in themselves, even when it's pointed out.

This is one of the reasons this case has become so intriguing to me.

But usually the way it plays out is the person using their children in this manner were like that before the children came along. They usually played all those game long before they had kids, the kids just become another tool.It used to be they would give their parents the silent treatment or threaten to disown them "Your not my mother anymore- I'll never come visit you anymore if you don't....." Now they have a new weapon "I won't let you see your grandkids". IMO it is rare the behavior just starts up once they have kids.. it's a life long game.

I'm getting ill listening to these vids. She does nothing but try to accuse innocent people. Claiming it's suspicious if her ex-friends don't want to hand out fliers?? She needs to be in prison.

ITA and IMO her behavior created the monser that is Casey.

Snipped from a comment under one of the videos
ten minute mark
"Amy could be Zanny. Zanny has brown hair, but that could be code for blonde hair. Zanny could be a generic term for babysitter. Jeff could be a reference to Ricardo. Jeff could be a generic term for boyfriend. If Ricardo introduced Amy to KC, that could be code for Jeff introducing Zanny to KC. The Jacksonville connection could be code for the car at Amscot. Hard Rock Cafe could mean Rock Band. Jeff getting KC's car fixed was code for KC not knowing where the car was". How could this lady have managed a nursing staff?

If TWA's synopsis wasn't so long, I would make it my sig.

That pretty much sums up CA. That isn't denial...just plum crazy! And to expect anyone to believe that BS is even crazier!!!
What is that Val always says....:waitasec:

in part 8 of the video.. Cindy's talking crap about Amy and it reminds me so much of when a person helps an abuse victim and when the victim decides the next day that they are gonna "stand by their man" they turn on the person who helped them. The day before they were their savior.. today they just want the charges dropped so anyone who helped yesterday is a bad guy today.

I'm glad Amy didn't fall for Cindy's act.

iirc Rick told Cindy that she created her now deal with her..

RP to Cindy
"All you had to do was discipline Casey. You didn't to anything to squelch her. You created her now deal with her."
He ends with "What you were doing wasn't working"

If KC was able to access CA's accounts acting as CA, did she also access CA's work accounts? I wouldn't put it past her. Do you think that CA's workplace has checked into that.

Just to get my two cents in, I believe that CA knew and tolerated all of KC's transactions over the many months. I think she just couldn't get up the courage to do the ultimate thing and kick her out and cut her off because of the baby!

As we look at the accounts and when transactions were stopped, as well as grandma P's emails, I think Cindy did indeed threaten KC about taking Caylee away and kicking KC out...I hope this is the motive they play in court. It is really easy to see with the recently released documents.

I'm sure that CA has had a bit of a guilt meltdown and blames herself for all of this.

OMG my head is swimming! Valhall does a superlative job outlining the mess KC made.

Doesn't go directly to the crime but sure does paint a damning picture of what little miss thang was up to, and how much CA was in it (up to her eyeballs, anyone?) in the year leading up to Caylee's death.

The jury is going to despise KC, even if they are plucked from a remote desert island and have never accessed TV or internet in their lives. :cow:

Oh yes!
Even before there were grandchildren.I'm talkin' cars, expenses and eventually two houses! The more she "messed" up the more my parents gave her.
Well,my dad passed away recently,so what happens now? :waitasec:
But you know what? She got things ,but I got the good stuff . Love, respect and pride in the way I live.
I really don't understand how my parents could raise such different children.

A friend of the family once asked me if my parents found my ex-sibling on the side of the road and picked him up. :floorlaugh:

Thanks Nums. Val is my favorite, hands down. She is the kind of bright mind that makes a high school kid want to be a writer. The defense better hope for lesser folks than the Vals of this world to be on that jury.

O/T It does scare me, not being funny, in all seriousness, it scares me that someone as troubled as mom Anthony would be in charge of elderly, likely home bound folks with real medical needs. Both of my sister in laws are neonatal nurses, and they take their work very seriously, they study hard and are always doing ongoing training, they go to work and are very present for their tiny patients. No one in my family (they are also my two best friends) would ever consider calling them while they are working, unless it was an actual emergency. Can you imagine someone as distracted as Cindy at a desk, making decisions for your father or grandfather's care as she is dispatching the nurse and giving orders , meanwhile she is paging Casey twice in a sixty second period? Seeing that line of thinking about this could be code for that, stop could mean go, really really scares me. I do not think she will ever have the credibility to work in that field again. Get to know your caretakers folks!

You know what else I have learned since studying this case? I find myself being much more tow the line with the kids. I keep telling myself, no means no....because...it matters!!

If all you saw was this lovely mother and daughter in the sweet sweaters, you would have no idea their family dynamics would lead to that unborn child's death one day.

I love her insight, her creative sense of humor and her dedication to this case.

She didn't kill anyone, her daughter did (allegedly). IMO The sooner she gets over that guilt she's that much closer to accepting the truth.

Yeah, they were still faking she wasn't pregnant in that pic! Not such a sweet pic knowing the secret they were both covering up that very day.

I always wished that Cindy would get help. IMO she was very much aware of what her daughter was capable of...she just buried it...one more dirty little secret.

Wow!
What a great post by Val.

After reading Val's blog it appears that our precious Caylee died because CA stopped the flow of money to ICA...so much of that money was spent on ICA's cell phone bills...ICA loved her phone more than she loved Caylee. She could live without Caylee but she sure couldn't live without that phone!:furious:
