She got listed as a DV fatality before there was evidence she was murdered or deceased.

The evidence that Barry had killed her was overwhelming, and few people needed her body to be found with BAM in her bones to be convinced.

True, Suzanne had not yet been declared deceased in 2020. Of course, that fact didn’t stop Barry from petitioning for control of Suzanne’s finances through guardianship, nor stop him from voting on her behalf.

One shouldn't be allowed to vote on behalf of one's spouse whether they are alive or dead! One vote, one person.
