I think if Mom had suspicions or indications that Dylan had never slept at Dad's on Sunday night, she would have said so, even if she just let it "slip" out by "accident".
How could she have suspicions about that, though? She knew Dylan got off the plane safely and was with dad. She did voice her concern that MR may have done something, but didn't specify what she thought may have happened or when.

I don't think ER has a better idea about whether or not DR made it to MR's than anyone else.

If where Dylan slept was a couch/hide-a-bed, which I have thought it was for some time, it is very possible that MR and LE initially thought he had everything with him.

If Dylan had pushed the hide-a-bed back in, maybe LE subsequently did a more thorough search of the home and found the items from when the bed had been put back into place thus the items "behind the couch" thus the "scent" items.

I swear at times I am having more blonde moments.

BBM:
A few articles of clothing were left behind on the couch.

-Someone came and got him and has him in hiding;

LE doesn't seem like they are treating this as an abduction by someone that may have harmed Dylan....I think LE is acting strange; hopefully they have a lot more puzzle pieces than we do!

RSBM: That's where I am in this.

You know, to me this is a no brainer! Just get the evidence!

they could have also confused it with other statements made about the ipod... ipods are very small... and they would have most likely put it in a paper bag..

it was also reported pretty much right after so I don't think MR would have had a return of warrant yet (what items taken from his home) not to mention he was not at the house when it was served.

I think it is bad reporting...

that is just my :twocents:

I tend to agree with you on the likelihood of this being bad, mistaken, or erroneous info.. I also do not believe MR was the source mainly due to the fact that when he'd either/both had the return of the warrant with the items collected listed..or just had been able to easily discern himself what items had been taken from the home... Mark stated to reporters that tho, he would confirm that some items had been takn from the home that he would not be stating what any of those items were..

so, to me I don't believe he was the one who told 9news the iPod info...and we certainly know it wasn't LE..so moo is that the info altogether is questionable and quite likely even mistaken/erroneous..jmo.

For what it's worth there are 4 choices on most cable providers, or fios, or satellite. I would suspect he does have a satellite provider being in the mountains. Just depends on what you want to pay for. jmo

I don't find it unusual at all that the t.v. might have been on a Nick channel. Some adults watch cartoons. He could have been surfing through the channels, didn't feel like watching any of them and switched it off. Most t.v.'s when you turn them on, show the channel it was on when it was turned off.

Again just the first 20 questions that I could think of off the top of my head that have been asked/discussed at some point throughout Dylan's 20+ threads ... just wanted to compile a list of them from those that I could recall or thought were of importance...

Please continue adding to our list any/all pertinent questions that you can recall that's been asked/discussed..or ones that have not yet been asked/discussed..

Of course as we all know while these are undoubtedly issues of importance..some whose answers would literally paint IMO a very clear picture of what occurred.. many we'll likely not ever get the answers to..or at least not any time in the near future..jmo.

Feel free to add/edit the list:)

Wow, Smooth!! Great work :great:

Now can you forward the questions to LE and local media?

Thanks so much!

Not that it matters, but dad said the tv was left on.

Cartoons are one thing... Blues Clues IMO is a whole different type of show that I can't see a 13 yo boy watching... unless he had much younger siblings.

Now that I know there are several versions of Nick offered, my original thought no longer applies.:blushing:

:D I have heard that said before but in a lot of cases it turned out it was far more complicated than first thought to find the real suspect.

Our own 40 year old daughter still watches cartoons sometimes including blues clues.:floorlaugh:

The other cartoons on during that time on Nick were Dora, Little Bill, all geared towards preschoolers.....that is why I am pretty sure he didn't watch it after say 10, cuz last showing on DTV for Sponge Bob was at 9:30am....then there is TeenNic which has to be subscribed too, and with Dylan not there on a constant basis I don't see him having this channel. So 10am at most (IMO)....then preschool shows...maybe left the TV on for noise(I do that)....but wouldn't of been actively watching Nic at that time I don't think.

Thanks, it wasn't clear to me whether the t.v. was left on, playing, or was left on the Nickelodeon channel.
Actually, it doesn't matter to me, because it doesn't prove anything. Either Dylan was watching it, or Dad is lying about it being on.
But if he was not lying, then that tells me that Dylan left the house abruptly, for some reason. And that is puzzling.

I mean, if LE ever alluded to trying to determine if he made it to the house, something like that, when talking with her. I doubt they would have, but if she caught wind of any doubts about it, I feel she would be expressing them, or would have that second week when she was vocal.

I understand what you're saying, clu. It's odd that ER wasn't suspicious sooner when DR didn't call or text her Sunday night or any time Monday. She did say that she figured Dylan was just busy with his friends Monday and she probably thought he was busy visiting with his dad Sunday night. I'm sure that became concerning for her, though, once she learned that Dylan was missing. She did state then that she hadn't heard from Dylan after 7:06 Sunday evening, so I think the thought must have crossed her mind. I'm sure she shared that with LE right away, but didn't know what to think and didn't want to make specific accusations publicly. She may have even asked MR about it after she received the text informing her that Dylan was missing, and maybe that text inquiring about what happened Sunday night is one that MR wouldn't return. MOO

Ok maybe i got something. Seems they have cleared the house. Haven't mentioned the vehicles :waitasec:

I never thought they would find anything at the house anyway!

She has never said she doesnt believe Dylan was ever in the house has she?

If she thought or had gotten wind of it I think we would have heard her say something about that too.

imo
