I admit that I haven't been able to follow this case 100% and may have missed alot but I do check in at the end of the day. However, I'm still curious as to any evidence of MR's errands that day, where was he, who saw him, any video, anything???

I think his a actions on MOnday morning have all been verified by LE.

I just refuse to believe that Dylan is dead. Do you really believe he is?????

I pray he isn't. I don't want to believe he is. Realistically tho as time passes......the odds are not favourable for a good outcome. Yet i still hope and pray. It's good to have hope. Guess i try to stay in the what happened and what could have happened stage. I really try not to let my head go there. Yet. We haven't seen any evidence he is. Yet i know it may exist. Sadly.

No one wants to believe that. But the options are very, very few, at least viable ones. We can all invent scenarios where he is being secretly cared for a kind old granny-type who felt sorry for him, but it is not believable. For me, the only option that is likely to have him still be alive is one that is almost as horrible as if he is not. I think it is far too long for any credible "custody" issue and never believed that anyway.

I would love to hear a real possibility that could have Dylan alive and safe and soon to be home.

I think that either something quick happened on Sunday night OR a creepy neighbor showed up on Monday morning and offered him a ride. In either case, he is probably long gone, imo.

I have one but like I said before, it's against TOS so I can't put it here for dicussion.

I wonder if where Dylan was suppose to have slept has been checked for his dna ie., skin cells etc. to show that he was ever even there. MR could have scattered his clothing looking to make sure he didn't have a phone or something.

Truly I don't believe any of it. I don't believe he is dead and I don't believe he's alive. I cannot believe there is no shred of a trace of him anywhere on earth. It does not make sense to me. :(

When LE released the Pic of the cross in the J.R. case it was the break they needed. Maybe right now in Dylan's case they have what they need. Could evidence be slowly coming back from processing? Or they have nothing? If nothing then let the Public help.

What would be some reasons they do not want or need the public's help? And, what would be some reasons they aren't releasing much, if anything, about any of their theories of the case, results of searches, etc.?

LE have said that they have verified that he was where had said he was that morning, they have not told us times or places. We do know that one of th errands was his attorney and theres also talk that he had to drop peperwork off to United Pipelines, the company he works for.

Here's what I have on that:

NANCY GRACE SHOW

SGT. DAN BENDER, LA PLATA CTY SHERIFF`S OFFICE (via telephone): The investigators checked at the different locations that Mark Redwine said he was at during that time, including a meeting or two in Durango, I believe. And those were confirmed.

Yeh, me either. I have just had this feeling all along that he's ok, that he's alive. During this entire case I have never once felt he's gone.

At first I thought maybe he ran away and is holed up in an unoccupied cabin, where he had all the comforts of home. Heat, water, food.

Then I thought maybe one of his friends had him stowed away somewhere but with the time passing, and I think everyone involved is being watched, it would be hard to see him, bring food and stuff to him without being observed.

I just don't feel he's passed. I just pray I'm right.

I don't have anything about him saying he dropped paperwork off at work - do you have any recollection where you may have read/heard that? (Trying to update my timeline if it's out there somewhere)... TIA

Dad would have to have the luck of the Irish and be a genius according to the theories I'm seeing about the things he's suppose to have done. Would his vehicles have been given back if they contained "hits" from cadaver dogs or blood that was Dylan's??

The ME is Suffolk County, NY still hasn't release the autopsy report of Shannan Gilbert who was found dead last year, yet LE in Dylan's case gave Dad back his vehicles.

LE hasn't released Katrina Smith's car back to her family that she was murdered in because it contains forensic evidence relevant to the murder trial of her dear husband who brutally murdered her, yet LE in Dylan's case gave Dad back his vehicles. Why??

Once they had taken all of the samples they needed they did not need to keep the vehicles. I'm sure everything was thoroughly documented with samples, swabbing, dusting and pictures.

I believe that LE would want to be sure that MR had transportation available in case he felt the need to go check on...anything.

I do too. We follow too many with bad outcomes. A good outcome would be wonderful. For a change.

where have law enforcement actually stated this? I don't think I've ever seen it in print....

see TxJans post which I've quoted

I've seen it mentioned a couple of times in the threads. I remember seeing it elsewhere but I can recall where right now

S'ok... I'll file it away as something I need to update if/when I come across it again. At least we know wherever he said he was he's been cleared for that time period... Thanks
