Everybody be nice... we don't want the thread closed tonight. Less than one hour until the story airs!

thank you and yes.. <-----------that

everyone please review all the rules before posting about any family member and this includes Dylan's father, Mark Redwine. Sleuthing was opening on his records and background but this does not open the field to attacks on his character as a parent and human being. He has not been named a suspect or person of interest.

Please post responsibly.

Since he supposedly missed that time, why didn't he try to find out where his friend was going to be before supposed setting off to see his friend without transportation, and no longer knowing where his friend was going to be.

BBM and that far away, what was it 20 miles?

Big difference between placing a loaded shotgun ON THE KITCHEN TABLE during a television interview, and having one sitting out of sight, imo.

Indeed. He was making a point. That point being, of course, that if an angry mob goes to his house and again subtly accuses him of murdering his son, and while he's grieving alone and in his own way, he has protection and will use it if need be.

But I wasn't pointing at ER or even talking about her period. I was responding to someone who felt MR saying LE should be looking at everyone as something only a guilty person would say.

I was merely stating that everyone should be looked at in any case where no one was ruled out.

If one of my sons ever disappears (too late to do it as a child), I would hope they'd also check me out to see if anything I had done or anyone I knew may have contributed in some way to the disappearance. Just because I live 4 hours from my son, that doesn't mean that any of the dozens of relatives we have in that area or some associate of one of them couldn't do anything.

:waitasec: This made sense in my head, if anyone can figure out what I mean will you please translate this for me? TIA.

He had an ipod, there is computer in the house, he could have plug his phone into the wall, these are things we know. If the cell coverage was so poor, there was also probably a land-line. It doesn't ring true to me he would not have called his friend the minute he woke up. I can't see him leaving for that journey w/o confirming that his friend would be there & he would want him to know not to leave; that he was coming.

or calling the friend and saying, hey my dad left can your mom come get me?

You know a lot of people say that some of the posters here seem to want to believe Dad is guilty, but if so, maybe some believe this is the only way Dylan could still be alive.

(Personally, I do not believe that Dylan is alive sorry to say. Of course, I will be happy to be proven wrong.)

I got the feeling from the recent excerpts of the latest interview, that he was pointing his finger at ER and MH when he said 'everyone' needed to be looked at. JMO

So in 20 minutes...is the entire half-hour/hour long program all about this case...or is it going to be MR and ER's interview along with all the other local news in Denver?

Maybe he has the same theory as I had a couple pages back. :twocents:

No doubt ! Also I think with us just minutes away from the .......event? that we all try very hard to clear our minds of all the stuff we know or think or know or perceive or imagine and see if we can watch really critically and thoughtfully and see if anything jumps out at us! :) For Dylans' sake I will try very hard. My mind is not made up at all so I'm looking very forward to all of what everyone has to say . Hoping we get some answers to some of our lingering ping and walmart and fishing pole questions ! Also hoping if someone is holding Dylan that they see this tonight and it softens their heart OR scares them into releasing him ! Tonight seems very important !

I've never experienced nor can I even imagine what a Parent or Parents endure durning times like these, This should have brought them closer together in helping to bring Dylan home, instead it's had the exact opposite effect.

Now might be a good time for all those who haven't done so, to go light a candle for Dylan on the page link below created in support of the upcoming Beams of Light Birthday celebration for Dylan. I'm personally inviting all WS posters to go light a candle for Dylan and leave a short message of support. Although our opinions certainly differ, one fact remains, and that is that each and everyone one of us cares about Dylan and want him found!

If it is not possible in this discussion forum, at least we should all be able to come together as a team in lighting a candle supporting Dylan and his family.

No, I don't think so....says interviews will be shown during the 9 and 10 pm news....so for us out-of-staters....we will be watching 2 hours of Denver news...:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I mean dead as in kaput nothing a charger would fix.

Jumping off of this, so Dylan's phone died, went kaput, wouldn't take a charge, wouldn't keep a charge. He wakes up late, doesn't think to use his ipod, the home computer, the home land line, walks out the door with all his belongings and vanishes in thin air.

Not picking up what's being put down here. No offense at all, just jumping in because there was phone postings.

I can't buy that this kid shows up and all of a sudden his phone dies, but this tec savy kid can't manage to contact a single person by any means in the morning for a ride. He just decides to walk off on a trek of over how many miles in hopes of maybe possibly hitching a ride with someone that might be going on a dead end street on a Monday morning.

I know that my grandson wanted to go to his friends house and we didn't (meaning I didn't have the number) my 10 yo grandson figured out how to get the number long before I did. I can imagine that a 13 yo would be able to contact the friend, dial 411, look on the internet, for his friends home. Or is it that they all live in the sticks and nobody had land lines all the while knowing the get crappy cell phone reception. Or perhaps they have land lines but they are private & unlisted.

It can't work all ways, the possibilities of the impossible don't match up with the actuallity of the reality.

Again, mija, nothing against your posting at all, i just jumped on it because of all the phone talk.

Thank you for this. Also, would you mind if I shared it with other family and friends?
