I figured it was very probable that Dr Phil would ask Mark to take a polygraph, and someone on the FMDR Facebook (initials MS) who was at the show taping posted that Phil met with Mark after the show and it sounds like a polygraph figured into that. Hopefully it will air early next week.

I read where it could air possibly Monday or Tues

Well,to be fair I hope he then issued one to all of the other folks on stage as well.

I wouldn't call that "fair".....I mean, MR was the last known person to be with Dylan and the others were all hundreds of miles away...weren't they?

MR's account of events is questionable in many ways. And even he admitted his polygraph was inconclusive.

THAT will not happen. It's always/24/7 about MR. JMO

It has to be MR until proven otherwise.
He is the only one who would have seen Dylan since Sunday night at McDonald's, as far as can be verified.

MR has drawn a lot of the attention to himself based on his inactions/actions and what he has said and hasn't said. He has been his own worst enemy. I hope he took whatever opportunity Dr. Phil gave him to "put himself in a different light".

I will always been open to new evidence but LE hasn't released any so it's hard for me to not have MR near the top of my list as being involved somehow in Dylan's disappearance.

Some people just get turned off by drama. And if they believe the carp that one of the parents hid the kid, who is going to bother looking for him??? They so needed not to do that.

And when the parents aren't a united front and can't work together to find their child, why should anyone else work for it??? If it appears the focus of the parents is not on their child but on making each other look bad in pubic, then why should anyone else care??

I think it's the theory that Dylan is being hidden that turns people off. So people basically think a teenager boy is just playing video games somewhere. With pretty much every other case that has ever made the news, you either have someone who has been murdered, was most likely murdered, or was actually abducted, and is being tortured somewhere.

I doubt most people's opinions on MR is going to change based on his polygraph. Besides, outside of WS, people will go nuts if MR fails the polygraph, but just completely dismiss the results if he passes.

You're entitled to your opinion, just like I am to mine. I still don't believe that LE is as clueless as many people seem to think. MOO

I do not believe LE is clueless and did not in any way speak about, imply, or allude to my being of that opinion in the post of which the above is a reply(nor at any other time, or in any other post have I ever mentioned this opinion).. I did however post a reply stating my disagreeing to the notion posted that LE introduced or "released" the renter info ... merely a post of reply voicing a different view of which I too am allowed to opine as well.

Looks like the Dr Phil effect has begun. Several new faces at FMDR tonight who sought out the page after watching the taping today.

So he's guilty until proven innocent?

So true...

I am not saying MR is guilty. He does not have to prove anything to me. But he is the only one who knows if what he says is true. It is awkward, to say the least. LE likes to verify things. All they can verify, apparently, is that he was in town that morning.

So someone who was at the taping says they were told the episode will be next "Mon-Tues" or "Tues-Wed"...Is it a two-day episode?

  • #235
I suppose the ones who were there for the taping are not fans of MR? How convenient.:innocent:

Do they even do that?

Do they even do that?

I don't watch Dr. Phil often but I think it's really unusual. I even did a search for "dr. phil two part episode" and not much came up.

Has anyone thought that ER might retract her statements about MR's involvement?
HYPOTHETICAL AHEAD
What if ER says something like "" I'm sorry I accused you earlier. I know you loved DR . I know you'd never hurt him. I know you and him bonded so tight when he was a little guy and that he's a real daddy's boy . I was just scared to death and should never have said that . "

This is a good hypothetical! Really good, actually.

Personally? I'd not be changing my opinion that there are clear and apparent indicators that Mark Redwine had motive, means and opportunity and ought to be up top of the suspect list.

But I appreciate the pause your hypothetical gave me, as to how Elaine's opinions might colour my own.

I'm happy to say: "not a lot". MR alone is the cause of my hoping he's not off LE radar for Dylan's disappearance.

On Monday, his shows is called "Missing Teen, Dark Journey"
On Tuesday , "The Wife, her Cop Lover and Her Husband"
On Wednesday, "My Wife Shot Me in the Head"

So...maybe Monday?
That is as far as the descriptions go, on Direct TV.
