Nevermind, I see the post I was going to respond to has went poof....

But as I previously posted, it is my understanding that LE has NEVER made a statement about the dogs picking up Dylan's scent and yes, it was rumored on FB only.

I am not clear on how MR cannot be at least looked at, until some other evidence comes to light. Is there something I am not seeing?

Yes I've seen Dr Phil do 2 part episodes and I believe those that posted about being at the taping of the show had never heard of Dylan prior to the show and joined the FMDR fb page after the taping. So it's impossible for them to have been anti MR prior to the taping. No convenience whatsoever.

Has anyone thought that ER might retract her statements about MR's involvement?
HYPOTHETICAL AHEAD
What if ER says something like "" I'm sorry I accused you earlier. I know you loved DR . I know you'd never hurt him. I know you and him bonded so tight when he was a little guy and that he's a real daddy's boy . I was just scared to death and should never have said that . "

I'd like to see MR's face if she did. Now that would be interesting.

JMO/MOO - If the Dr. Phil show is going to be a 2 parter and Dr. Phil was supposedly meeting privately with MR, I wonder if Dr. Phil is asking Mark to take a new lie detector test. Let's say he agrees and he took it this afternoon....does that mean the family is still there and they will also tape tomorrow with the results?

This is all just me guessing and I may be way off base....

JMO

Does anyone here think Mark did take a new lie detector test?

I am not saying MR is guilty. He does not have to prove anything to me. But he is the only one who knows if what he says is true. It is awkward, to say the least. LE likes to verify things. All they can verify, apparently, is that he was in town that morning.

LE also verified that Dylan made it to LaPlata County but that's about it...

MR holds a lot of the answers.

I suppose the ones who were there for the taping are not fans of MR? How convenient.:innocent:
How do you figure that? TIA

On Monday, his shows is called "Missing Teen, Dark Journey"
On Tuesday , "The Wife, her Cop Lover and Her Husband"
On Wednesday, "My Wife Shot Me in the Head"

So...maybe Monday?
That is as far as the descriptions go, on Direct TV.

Good find! Monday seems the most likely. Setting up the DVR. :)

Do they even do that?
Yes, there was some episode about child abuse that was a two parter that I saw once, and it did have a polygraph with results the second day (sensationalism at it's best)

As far as theories go, I still do not understand how and why LE ruled out a possible injury or accident so early on.

I find that scenario more likely than a random abduction. Possible, highly unlikely, IMO.
I also find it more likely than someone hiding him. Least likely to me, but who knows.

As far as MR harming him, I can't dismiss it out of hand. I have not dismissed anything out of hand. But I sure can't rule him out.

But it does not seem to be two days in a row, if the schedule I posted is accurate, as Tuesday and Wednesday are totally different. Thursday's show is not described yet, I will check tomorrow.

I would assume that if they searched the area, and did not find Dylan, hurt or otherwise, they would rule that out. But there is always the theory that he was hit and killed by a car, and that person panicked and took him away and hid him elsewhere. There must have been no evidence that Dylan walked outside of the house.

I don't think MR killed his son, but even I would be extremely upset if I thought LE would not thoroughly work to verify his story and clear him properly. Yes, they definitely should take a very hard look at him.

I don't know what evidence LE does or doesn't have. I wish I did. I wish I knew if LE knew for sure whether Dylan was at the house Sunday night, exactly what was going on with the cell phone and whether that 9:37 text is meaningful.

I wish I could think of a theory where all our few little facts fit - because then maybe we could find Dylan.

ETA: I'm pretty bummed because I'm traveling Monday. I guess I'll just have to read what you all think of the show.

But if he was on foot and had gotten further than expected, or if he had a ride part way, and then something happened, they may not have searched far enough.

I had this horrible vision of a vehicle hitting him so hard that he was tossed over the side of hill/back road, backpack and all, and just has not been found. I don't think a car hit him close to home, as they should have found traces of the event. I don't really believe someone would hit him and collect his body. It was broad daylight, and really that is not something that happens or even less than abduction.

Trying to clear MR of any in in involvement, be it murder or "hiding", seems to be next to impossible. How can he prove what he says? And how can LE disprove it? That is partly why I fear this case will remain unsolved.

It was stated Dylan had a unique set of shoe patterns that were never located around or on MR property, and there was never a scent detected.

You could be right. Again, I have to think there was no evidence of Dylan walking away from the house (was there snow at that time?) Sadly, if Dylan's body is out there I don't think it will be found until spring thaw. 2.5 MILLION public acres surround the lake. I don't know how many private acres. I cannot imagine the manpower it would take to check everywhere.
