Well....
  • KK met PF at the Florissant Coneco Gas Station at 4:30 p.m. and they went to the Nash property. KK says PF backed the truck up to a large red barn.
and this:

    • With KB’s body in a Toyota Tacoma, they drive to PF’s property. There, he used gasoline and oil to burn the tote containing KB’s body, baseball bat and the trash bags from the crime scene.
Something just isn't making sense in my muddled brain o_O
Oh, that's right, PF drove the body to the barn on the night of the murder.

Where does it say they went back to the townhouse to get his truck? I guess it does not indicate the time?
Maybe they both went back to the crime scene after they met at the gas station or after the bonfire to take a last look around? I don't know. It seems to be very vague.

But I would think PF would want to check out the scene after KK had finished cleaning up. So at one point he must have left his truck there when they drove together. Maybe they went out to eat when all was said and done.

Imo

In TippyLynn's Timeline, it comes AFTER Slater speaks about SF1 coming out on the porch to have a look at what was going on according to KK. Then this:
  • Slater: According to KK, PF “scooped up” KB’s remains. He planned to put them in the dump or toss them elsewhere.
And after this last statement comes the one about going back to the townhome to pick up PF's truck. It just doesn't make sense, the way it's listed. Something's missing. Did PF return to KB's on the 23rd and leave his truck there? Did someone pick him up? And for what reason? Perhaps to make it look like he was there with KB and it wouldn't arouse any suspicion? Heck, I don't know. Just looking for an explanation for why they picked up the truck after they burned KB. Wasn't KB's home about 20 minutes from SF1's franchette? That's another 40 min. of no sleep for KK. She must have had a good supply of uppers.

If I were SF2, I wouldn't worry about alienating a murderous brother and a mother with guilty knowledge of said murder. I'd tell the truth and promptly change my name and transfer out to another LE agency. Good riddance.

I agree.

It’s entirely possible that when SF2 advised PF not to talk until he got a lawyer, that he really had no idea that his brother was responsible. That happened before PF’s arrest and before the evidence was released. He really may have had no idea PF had killed KB. He was just being a good brother and sharing his LE knowledge.

I’m going with faith in the blue on this one.

Same here. Wrong is wrong, and I would not defend any family member- not even my parents or siblings, if they murdered someone in a cold and vicious manner. We're not talking about self defense here, years of abuse leading up to such an event. We're talking a brute who uses women then discards them like trash. Not a sibling I'd be proud to share the same last name with.

Unfortunately, though, there are some families that still believe blood is thicker than water. It scares me that they're going to try and defame poor Kelsey, and she's not here to defend herself.

I well remember the posts here and elsewhere by one of PF's siblings- saying she was on drugs, she ran away before, went to rehab before, she abused the baby- on and on she went, claiming Kelsey took off and her brother was innocent. As the old saying goes, with friends like that, who needs enemies........ not one person in his group has a conscious.

KK is lucky that he is behind bars and probably will never get out from behind them. I have this sneaky suspicion that his lawyer is going to try and pin this on her- that it was her idea, she loved him and wanted to be with him, gave him an ultimatum, it's either her or me, blah blah blah. You just know he's going to try and poke holes in her story.

What is so disgusting to me is her best friend claiming KK was crying over PF asking her to kill KB. Give me a break. She helped him bring KB's body to the burn pit in front of MaF's yard. I hope she has nightmares from hell for the rest of her life, and I hope he has day and nightmares for the rest of his life. Sick sick people......

Me too. I'm hoping once SF2 got "up to speed" on what evidence there was against PF, his LE training kicked in and he could read the writing on the wall or at least visualize all the blood on KB's walls. I'd like to believe there's a least one good apple in that family. Certainly getting anxious to learn ALL that LE has on PF and what the defence will feed us on KK that she has conveniently and selectively omitted.

I strongly suspect the opposite to be true.

It would be nice to believe otherwise, though.

Oh and if I were KK, just a gentle reminder- she might not want to visit that area again. Just in case she's caught speeding or something....

I completely agree with you on the first part. As for the bolded part, she's lucky at the moment, but I wouldn't be surprised if PF hooked up with some really bad dudes once he gets to prison. KK will be looking over her shoulder for some time. She may have been feigning fear of him to her friends and LE, but she might do well to fear him now. PF is a very scary monster. These sickos are not easily rehabilitated. They don't care, they're not getting out anyway and there's no DP. As far as KK having nightmares, possibly, but not on KB's account. This creature had NO empathy for KB at all, but she could walk into court with her sad face and crocodile tears to work the crowd and suck some empathy from them for herself. If she has any nightmares, they will likely revolve around someone beating her head in with a bat.

I wish.

I don't know--luck sure seems to be on her side... Driving a car that is not currently registered through three states I believe with a gun in it that is not hers and never a traffic stop based on the expired and out of state plate?

If you don’t count weekends, just 14 days to trial. Once the jury is seated, we get to know the evidence for real. Hope jury selection isn’t a circus.

I like your way of counting the days much better! It sounds even closer.

I think it likely jury selection will be something but unfortunately it is unlikely we will get to "see" it.

This is one trial I truly considered going to and still think about it. If I was sure it would proceed and that a person could even get a seat (I doubt it), I think I would. I even considered approaching Sonic about selling burgers in the parking lot for them thinking KK might not be able to resist and stop by on her way in...

I know it gets old but I am not one who brings Sonic up much and I could not resist...

I have a question. Actually, I raised this question many months ago and it was never really addressed. It's a puzzle to me and it's driving me a bit "batty", pardon the expression. Unless, of course, you all solved it while I was on a mental vacation :)

From the AMAZING Timeline of TippyLynn Part 1, Nov. 24th, bullet 27:

  • Slater: PF and KK drove back to the townhome to get PF’s truck.
When and Why was his truck left at the townhome? Which truck? The red Tacoma, the blue/green one he was driving at time of arrest or the white one, iirc, during the dump run? I do love a good puzzle, but I can't figure this one out.

That one still bothers me as well. I have brought it up on occasion but not for a long time. However, I was just talking about it with someone the other day that was here. There were a few things in that prelim that have been largely forgotten and different "tweeters" had different info as did people remembering what was said in prelim who were present and talking about it after.

Maybe the sealed exhibits will finally be shown too?

I don't think we will ever have all of the answers but I think we will hear some that will surprise that were hinted at in the prelim.

Jmo though.

No kidding! Talk about luck- if I drive with a headlight that just went out, the lights are flashing behind me and I get pulled over for 20 minutes while the cops make sure I'm not a bad gal. She drives an unregistered car with a gun in it that isn't hers, and breezes right through three states. Amazing.

The gun has always intrigued me. The missing bullet part.

Me too. I also wonder why you would keep one in an "extra" car that is not registered. Or was it loaned as well?

19 days to trial.

Lol, if you are sick of hearing it, I will still post it, counting down.

Shorter yet if we don't count weekends like a poster suggested.

I still do not believe it will not be delayed but hope I am wrong.

It's official -- District Court Judge Scott A. Sells denied expanded media coverage (EMC) for 10/18/19 pre-trial readiness, and coverage for the 10/28/19 jury trial.

We really dropped the ball by not starting a fundraising campaign for a new courthouse.

Every EMC order refers to the age of the courthouse as part of the reasoning.

Of course when I say “we dropped the ball,” I’m referring to @GordianKnot

The fact that it doesn’t work like that, notwithstanding.

I for one am very unused to sealed documents, sealed exhibits and a lack of public viewing. Any person in the courtroom can hear it, and that can be the general public, so why can the general public not hear it and view it?

I am not judging but simply saying it is a bit alien to me.

Hopefully they have done something about the acoustics and have a sound system or something...

What bothers me is his so called "worry" about his daughter being abused by Kelsey- to which he discussed with his sidekick. The story about the baby burning herself on the curling iron- I mean, really?
^^SBM

Found that quote about PF confiding in KK about KB abusing baby KB2:

Patrick Frazee reported Kelsey Berreth to child services because she was harming their toddler daughter, new documents could show.

The alleged killer, 32, is said to have confided in his mistress Krystal Jean Lee Kenney, telling her that his fiancee abused one-year-old Kaylee.

Kenney testified that murder suspect Frazee had told her Kelsey, 29, hurt their daughter, leaving her with a burn on her hand and a bump on her head.

I do recall an incident about picking up PF's truck but it had nothing to do with KK.

It was when PF's "father figure friend" was driving PF to pick up his truck, but they stopped at KB's condo to pick up package CB sent, and she asked PF to collect it. It was said to be the friend that went to KB's door, and PF waited in the truck. I believe friend also reporting seeing a utility tag on the door.

That's all I can think of that involved "PF picking up a truck," and "going to KB's condo."

I'm drawing a complete blank here...

I assume you're referring to Meghan G's gun, but what is the story about an unregistered car in three states? TIA
