Thank you for the book recommendation -- I've just out myself on the waitlist for it.

Well, we can guess it's normal for him because, as I said earlier, that drone/helicopter video shows at least 3-4 deer racks placed decoratively in the garden beds surrounding the house, plus the extra large (and very blurry) one that I speculate might be the elk rack.

I still think they were just antlers, no meat, unless and until something was altered as a part of his ploy.

So many trophies inside and outside the house. Seems a bit crazy, seems to leave no space for Suzanne.

I was thinking the same thing, but do narcissists typically self-harm?

No, not typically. However, IMO, Fotis would rather be dead than outed as a financial fraud when the court called an emergency bond hearing after he falsified his bond application with collateral that was compromised. In that case, death would be better given the pending hearing that was about to confirm to the world he was nothing without his wife's (or his children's) assets.

As for BM, if he can't redeem himself in the eyes of his children, he knows that he will have lost "SM's girls" forever. So yes, I could see him ending his life. MOO.

IMO, she was a trophy too. Until she wasn't. :(

I think he'll go with his 'story' until his last breath. However, I wouldn't lose any sleep if you're right.

Now that assets are freeing up for him - am I the only one feeling a bit worried that BM may just skip town, even leave the country?
He would have to leave for a county like Russia

Regarding the narcissist and suicide.... Researched this when FD did what he did. In a nutshell, narcissists attempt less frequently, but when they do they use more lethal means.

"The lower impulsivity and relatively rigid personality of NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) may be related to reduced risk of impulsive, non-fatal, lower lethality, suicide attempts. However, when NPD patients do become suicidal they may be more likely to make carefully planned, highly lethal suicide attempts that often result in death."

Imminent narcissistic self-collapse can lead to sudden suicide in the narcissistic individual.

I don't think we are quite there yet... especially after the guardianship win today.

Thanks for this. I don't feel like BM feels that destitute yet. He thinks he's got all of ducks in a row. But then, only time will tell.

Suzanne's smile always reminds me of sunshine
Her big brother's words remind me of love and bravery

IMO, no.

Handlers will use animal remains as a training distraction, it doesn’t matter. It’s like lawn furniture, it’s just there. The odor emitted is just different, animal vs. human. It’s awesome to see a seasoned, well trained dog in action.

Again, IMO.
What if concrete was poured into a hole beneath the carcass, or rocks .... same thing I guess?

I'm not getting that vibe with BM at all.
But putting the Puma Path house up for sale certainly wouldn't surprise me.

I think a sale may take to long if it’s the $- a heloc or mortgage would give him instant cash

Do Narcissists self harm? No, they do not. However they do not like to be challenged. SM may have let BM make all the financial decisions. He sold their family home and moved them to the middle of nowhere, away from everything she knew. SM may have wanted her to move back Indiana. BM wanted to buy a plot of land and a new truck. SM challenges him on these issues. If he had never been challenged before this will infuriate a narcissist. He will belittle her, sneer and humiliate her. Anytime she makes a suggestion he will cut her off before she finishes her sentence. His anger will boil over into a red hot rage, to the point he could turn violent. After SM disappeared he immediately purchased the new truck and a plot of land.

MOO, it would be interesting if he does. Would he be willing to give another party unfettered access to the house and property?

This is a good summary of the narcissistic personality and suicide. It's a quick read. :)

THAT changes everything.

Quoting myself... that changes everything, just not the outcome. The timeline.

Whoa.
