I think there's a difference between damaged and mechanically sound. I recall something about SM telling her dad that her brakes were stripped and she was waiting on parts/repair.Just thinking about the bike. Now it seems pretty clear it was not damaged. However, early on didn't Trevor plead that questions be asked as to how the bike was found ? If all that was about was just to bring out the bike's position - say wheels up - that doesn't seem to really fit his rather strong plea. So what ? - wheel's up - wouldn't prove anything. But no one has ever talked about the condition of the tires. Let's say they were both flat or almost flat. But without damage. The police would certainly have checked to see if they held air or had leaks - right after it was found. But whomever put the bike there may have rather hastily overlooked that detail while planting it. And that detail may have never come out yet to the public. It sure could be a reason why the bike ' details ' are being kept quiet. And why BM changed the subject so quickly when he slipped up as to how it was found ( wheels up. ) BM sure isn't going to say anything about the tires. Just some thoughts.
I think TN soliciting for inquires about the condition of the bike was probably to both indict the manner of LE removing the bike and also push the abduction theory.
