I would be in a heap of trouble if I had a stalker where I lived. I have tons of tree's next to my house and no money to have them removed for it would cost 10 thousand bucks. I am too old to garner a stalker though. lol

I see what you are seeing but I don't think that is a trail for the grass close to the house on the edge of the berm shows ZIP and I would imagine it would.

In my opinion, any coroner or medical examiner that actually stated or wrote a threat of changing a cause of death because he didn't like the family's behavior (such as what is being stated by mom) would clearly be at risk for losing his or her license. They just don't do that. They have a board to answer to and an ethics committee-- malpractice lawsuits are highly frowned upon and would be quite risky. What would he have to gain?
Also, there was a diagnosis of pulmonary edema listed which I think is quite significant and I would like that explored a bit.

I think it was a direct result of the amitriptyline overdose.

Amitriptyline was studied in greater detail and caused a dose-related (0.01-1.0 mM) reduction in ventilation and perfusion flow. At the highest drug concentration pronounced lung edema was observed. Morphological studies were conducted with a transmission electron microscope. The microscopic preparations showed dose-related edema (amitriptyline 0.1 and 1.0 mM). The effects noted in our experimental studies are similar to those described in patients who have taken an overdose of tricyclic antidepressants. This emphasizes the possibility of a noncardiogenic edema component in these patients.

I guess that I don't find it odd that the neighbor went to see what was going on at the I's. I know that I would be curious and worried if the cops were showing up at my next door neighbors house frequently. Also, we only have one persons POV of the attitude of the neighbor.

What I do find strange tho, is that the HOA did not send out any info on what was going on in the neighborhood. The HOA that I live in is very proactive on keeping us informed of possible dangerous situations. Just last winter there were a string of break-ins that were occurring in and around our neighborhood. Not only did our HOA send out updates but we also received info from the surrounding HOA's and our local PD. I don't understand why LE would tell the I's to keep it quiet. Then again there are just so many things about this whole case that I don't understand.

I noticed that too. And since it's not even close to where B and K are (as I was mistaken about before), it's probably irrelevant.

At this point I don't think anything is irrelevant. The one thing though is the path behind the I's house is well defined. It was used often.

If we are to believe that the stalking happened it is probable that it was someone close by. The writing in the yard , the trail, a unknown face showing up on the camera , all important somehow and possible connected. I don't have any neighbors writing odd letters in their yards . But for some reason i'm not too stuck on K , maybe more will show to point in his direction ,but right now i'm not convinced. Then again i've been wrong many many times

Some of mine wont even mow the yard. They sure arent gonna take time to write with a mower.

Someone posted an anonymous comment on the blog earlier. Complete names of individuals that 'all have strong motives as to why they would want to kill Morgan.'

Mom did edit the lst names out later. Those are very serious allegations to make without solid evidence these kids are involved. imo

For those who are interested, I figured out how to see the latest comments, but it only shows the last 6, as far as I can tell.

At the top of the blog, click on "Latest Post", then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. There will be links to the latest comments. Hth!

That could very well be the case. I still think it's odd, though, if he's so agitated and concerned for his two daughters, why he would insist Morgan (the neighbor this freak is after) come to his house.

I don't find M to be young for her age. She was in school, and living at home. Which makes more sense. We don't know if they already discussed what to do with the dog, if M decided to go live on campus. Not only that, she might not be the partying type. To me she seem to be into art. And to be honest 19 is still very young. I wished I would of stayed home then. Oh and they did just loose a previous dog, most people do run out and buy a new one to cope with the pain.
