The DOJ controlled what the grand jury used to come to their decision. That's obviously where you need to look to see what I'm saying. JMO.

When I was reading the process of federal grand juries, there is no requirement for the prosecutor to present exculpatory evidence to the jury members.

I am THRILLED that he is being brought to Justice.

Conditions of release... agreed to by both sides - no violations of federal law. Must appear in court as required. Must sign appearance bond. Shall not communicate about the facts of the case to any individual known to the defendant to be a witness except through attorneys.

No, its a good thing. It's as it should be; we have to uphold the law, especially when a POTUS tries to over throw the government by tampering with an election. I was so afraid Democrats would let it slide. Thank heavens our allies talked sense to them.
