Calling the jury in. Afternoon in session.

Calling witness Angela Patterson. age 43 lived with Jesse Davis. April 14, 2012 lived with Jesse, in same bedroom. Woke up with noise in the house around 2-3 am. Angela is describing the scene she woke up to with the victims laying on the floor naked and tied up.

Angela doesn't recall if she had any drugs or alcohol before she went to bed at 11 pm that night. Jesse Davis told Angela to go back to her room. Hector came into her room with one of the victims cell phones and asked her to remove his and Jesse's phone # from the victims phone. Angela couldn't get into the phone to remove the #, the phone was locked.

Didn't call PD she was very intimidated. Angela wasn't truthful when the LE came to the house she was afraid for her life.

Cross of Angela defense insinuating Angela had an affair with Jesse. She states not at that time.

Camera just accidentally showed some juror's. opps!

Defense having Angela read previous testimony and reading it to see if that is what she said. Angela is not agreeing to this prior testimony that this is what she said.

There is a lot of silence between questions with this defense attorney. sigh

I had a post this afternoon and lost it. Sometimes my wireless connection gets messed up. Then the feed got messed up and never came back on. So I took a nap, been babysitting my 2 yr old GD all week.

Cherry I do find this Trial interesting, the last few I have followed have been husbands killing wife's. This trial is very different.

I am always up for a trial keep sending them this way.

Crime scene analyst on the stand, identifying items she tagged as evidence. The defense objects to the evidence being entered and the judge keeps overruling.

Showing picture's of a purple Sam's Club bag, had a pair of scissors and a live round of ammo inside.

All the evidence collected was sent to FBLE for processing.

This witness did the photographs during the re-enactment with the car on the Cady Way Trail.

Heather ? speaks very softly. Heather worked at the racetrack by Cady Way trail, and knew Hector's girlfriend Brandi. Hector bought beer the at 12:30 - 1 on the 15th of April, 2012. On the 16th Heather gave Brandi a vitamin, Hector thought she was giving her drugs and got upset.

Heather Still on the stand but the judge just announced that they are going to have to take a matter out of the jury's presence.

I can not hear the Prosecutor talk at all, Heather said that Hector told her he killed before and could kill her and her son. Defense ask her if Hector specifically said about killing the boys on the Cady Way Trail and she answered no. Witness excused.

Allison Floareck sp showing witness many pieces of evidence to see if she recognizes it. Received evidence from the ME and she says yes. She packaged the evidence from ME.

The way I understand it Jesse Davis is the other person involved and he was already found guilty of murder. Now this is the second trial and the trial of Hector Rodriguez for the same murder.

I knew nothing about this until Cherry posted this.

Friend heard gunshot and Andrea suggested she leave. Andrea is upset.
