I predict that Tony is going to have some kind of highly implausible story about someone else being responsible and that he's going to stick to that story. I'm going to take a further shot in the dark that law enforcement found him "tied up" or "locked in a room", something like that. Maybe he even screamed for help when the police were finally entering the house.

My guess based on SM speculation is he is gonna say it was a suicide pact. I don't believe this is true but a guess as to what he might say to save his . MOO

The part about Tony's father trying to have his mother killed, reminds me a bit of Jim DiMaggio.

He was the murderer who killed a teen girl's mother and brother, then kidnapped her. She was rescued and Dimaggio was killed, on the exact date of his own father's suicide. His father had attempted to kidnap a 16 year old girl.

Children who live through trauma need to have ongoing intervention to help them process at different times in their lives. Maybe both these man had that, I don't know.

12/29 - family member requested well being check. She had been told they had the flu.
Did not observe anything suspicious.

He confessed to killing them all. And the dog. They have not been positively identified yet, but given his confession they are assuming identification. Killed the end of December. He was being arrested on a Dept of Human Services warrant and they found the family while they were serving that warrant (Notably NOT because of a missing persons or welfare check).

They never heard from the family (who requested the check) after the 12/29 welfare check call. The police never went back because the (requesting) family never followed up.

On 12/29 - No answer, blinds closed, checked with neighbors with no concerns, family was known to travel, so no big concerns for the police at that time.

The DHS warrant he was being arrested on was from CT.

Federal agency was lead on the arrest. Osceola was there in support of that only.

Based on statements and evidence - the bodies were there the entire time. No reports of smells, etc.

He took Benadryl for the possible suicide attempt.

He was released from the hospital today. They did not witness him taking the medication.

AT is talking with detectives right now. He will go to jail when the interview is done.

why didn't go back after 12/29? not uncommon to not go back to house, if we don't hear back from family
During well being check 12/29 no one answered door, home was not entered.
TT being investigated for an unknown reason by local authorities in CT.
Bodies in home entire time based on known info.
No reports of odors.
TT taken to hospital before arrest he had taken Benadryl and was talking of harming himself. Released this morning 01/15.

Checked house, walked around, looked around house checked with neighbors on 12/29 welfare check. Family was known to travel. Didn't rise to a level of suspicious.

TT still talking to detectives.
