you were taught weapon retention techniques so as not to make your weapon accessible to anyone correct? in certain situations, yes.

What about in crime-ridden, previous-break-into-your-car situations?

I’m going to need her to press him more about why after he learned that AA didn’t have a flashlight or gun and nothing was stolen that night on the 11th he still did what he did, and why did he feel like he had the right to investigate anything with the guy under the bridge.

He is terrible at lying and I want to see him sweat

the info you had was incomplete and then you began making assumptions about who was responsible right? Yes.

TM proceeds to describes AA's activities in the neighborhood as "brazen".
Running is brazen? Not stopping when told to is brazen?

exhibit 414 is one of the power points you were shown when trained in the CG

I love her, TM isn't gonna know what hit him.

State, lets talk about what happened on the 23rd of Feb 2020. at the moment your dad came running in - the guy from the other night is running down the road. you understood he was referring to the black man you had seen on a prior night. Yes.

He didn't say he'd seen the man breaking into the house. No. and you hadn't seen AA since you had seen him at night on the 11th right? Correct.

So in TM's story, AA was after item in the empty house, but had no bag, no gun, nothing on him to indicate he'd taken anything. He thinks AA is armed, but AA -- who has seen TM's gun -- STILL does not draw his own weapon? It's BS.

He thought AA would go in the yard and then he thinks AA will go in the truck after GM. He could draw a weapon. I mean, TM is just worried about every little move that AA does NOT make, isn't he?

This dude talks way too much

You didn't suspect him of stealing your handgun a from your car 52 days earlier? No.

DP gave me a thumb drive with videos from his cameras with him. So you are watching videos with DP when you said "I think I know who did this"? I never said that to DP

I just got to the fake crying part. What it sounds like to me is if you are chasing someone with a gun, well, they might try to defend themselves by getting that gun from you.

How do you get a shot off in the center of the chest and on his hand if he doesn't let go of the gun? Or did I hear him wrong?

transcript comes out by state: TM caught in lie. now explaining that he was rattled and upset and scattered when making initial statements to LE. Everything ran together, I wasn't meaning dad should call the cops when I said to him call the cops.

"I said it but it was 2 hours after the most traumatic day in my life." GLUB GLUB....

the scatterbrained defense

This is my question: If TM is so well-trained, why can't he see that AA, in a flimsy tee shirt and shorts, has no weapon? Wasn't he observing his pockets and stuff as they chased him?

when dad came in all excited you didn't tell him to calm down did you? No. totality of the circumstances knowing he was continuing to break into this house with there having been thefts from this house, led me to believe something has happened down there.

You had no idea what had happened thought? correct.

You tell detectives your father had suffered a couple of heart attacks hip replacement and a stroke. So you decided to grab your gun and go with your father to confront this man?

TM I was going to go investigate what's going on.

[Boy TM really is quite the neighborhood gumshoe isn't he? JMO]

Pointing at someone = probable cause, got it.

so the carseat being in your way in the vehicle didn't cause either of you to stop and go, let's just call the cops.

Now TM is suggesting he was concerned someone may have been hurt down there somewhere.

[because, black while running must mean something right? The shiz is getting super duper deep now lol]

and we are done for the day.

I"m guessing that the odds of Greg taking the stand are going down with each question Travis can't lie his way out of.

I have another question. If someone disarms you, does that automatically mean they will shoot you?
