At this point, all I hear is wah wah wah, wah wah wah

He should have asked to go first. Anger, outrage, and insult might have busted out some jurors' eardrums before he even got started.

This should be the shortest deliberation ever, depending on how fast they can fill out the guilty forms. If the testimony didn't lead this jury to conviction surely the closing arguments will.

  • #403
If I'm ever a juror I hope there is only one defendent. This is a lot for these jurors to sit through. Sheesh.

Oh, well, I guess nothing to "Plunder" that day but maybe some water from out back? SMH

Thx.

If you watch all 5 videos of AA in that place, what is most striking, imo, is how similar they all are. IIRC, AA takes virtually the same path inside each time. He even has the same slow gait on each plundering excursion.

Excuse me here, as I'm sure it's been referenced, so thanks in advance:

Is the word "plundering" used differently in the South or Georgia? The common usage involves taking stuff.

AA was very poor at plundering. All those videos of him looky looing and nary an object damaged or removed.

Usually used describing pirates.

It's been explained as meaning going around where you doesn't belong messing with stuff that isn't yours.

That's what I thought it meant and I'm a GA resident. I don't recall anyone during trial correcting that word. I believe its usage started with English's police call.

My other favorite creative word usages by defense through this trial are as follows:

Lurking, creeping, sneaking, haulin 🤬🤬🤬, totality of the circumstances, muscle memory, citizen's arrest,

Getting late to cram in rebuttal & jury charge today. The jury must be exhausted.

I am not watching defense closings-
How much more time does he get?

I'm confused. I thought they were NOT allowed to play the bodycam videos with sound. What's up? Will they now be allowed back to the jury with sound?

If there are not three guilty verdicts in this case (especially McMichaels) my heart will be broken: Casey Anthony and Trayvon Martin were so painful.

I think the state did this, I think the state did that... I think, I think, I think.... were you not present for the whole trial???

I believe Officer Minshews' body cam was the only one we saw live with audio. (I may be wrong). It goes to rule that one defendant can't say anything against/about the other.

Thank you, but didn't RB say things that the McMichaels did on that bodycam or are only pieces of it allowed in? I might have fallen to sleep on it. I have often awakened and found myself hours ahead with earphones on my pillow while I watched this.

No wonder Gough was fired by the county. He is a terrible attorney. IMO

Serious question, is this thing going to end? Feels like Gough has been droning on waaaay longer than the McMichaels attorneys
