The MM property actually sits at the beginning of a slight bend in the road, which puts it's out further than the English property.

Whatever trees, vehicles, trash cans were in the line of site between the MM property and the English property are subjective. There's no way any of us could know that any of those objects were in his line of sight that day.

If TM was in his yard near the sidewalk, he could easily see the English property IMOO because his property sits further out than the English property.

My property sits in a similar fashion to the MM property, except on a slightly broader curve.
I can easily see the 10th house down the street.

I would easily be able to see someone in yard, however, I couldn't tell you if they were male, female, black or white. But I could easily tell that there was a person there.

To say that there is "no line of site" is simply unfounded atm. It's possible that there will be some media forthcoming that shows a view from the MM house to the English property.

MOO

The only problem with that proposal is that according to GM, TM was in the house at the time. GM's statement to LE was that he saw AA 'hauling 🤬🤬🤬' toward Burford.

So my question is based on that statement, was AA between 220 Satilla Drive and 230 Satilla Drive or was he already past 230 Satilla Drive? Because if AA was between the construction site and TMs house why didn't he attempt to stop him at that time?

Because if GM really was outside AA would have run right by him.

I'm also wondering about the different addresses. In the police report GM said he "went to his bedroom and grabbed his .357 ..."

TM wasn't witnessing any trespassing, and from the sounds of it, neither was GM. GM said he was in his front yard when he saw AA "hauling 🤬🤬🤬 down Satilla toward Burford ... he then ran inside his house and called to Travis". Nothing to say that either of them actually saw AA inside the home or even on the property. He was hauling his butt down Satilla, not inside the home.

Police Report
I wonder if they have ring camera footage showing where they were at ??? what time they left the house, etc.

Yes, the report actually said "GM". I went and changed it on a different post after the mix up and hadn't changed it on the post that you quoted. I no longer had the option to edit that particular post because I was beyond the time limit to edit it.

Man accused of murder in Ahmaud Arbery death had previously helped prosecute him, recused district attorney says | firstcoastnews.com

GM does appear to have left forearm tattoos in this video.
Interesting.

GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. — The Ware County district attorney who recused himself from investigating the death of Ahmaud Arbery said there is video of Arbery burglarizing a home immediately prior to the chase, confrontation and shooting.
bolding added.

So not just Jackie Johnson.
Is that entire county corrupt ?

Ok, so where is the rest of the video ?
We see a very short 3 second clip of Ahmaud inside the house under construction.
Why are they not showing all of it ?
Was anything found on his person after his murder ?
Otherwise that statement made by the DA is a lie.

I've been preaching this all along.
Did someone get a hold of that video and edit out 02:50? Because in my opinion, there is something on that video that the prosecutors office doesn't want anyone to see.

Maybe there's corruption on both sides.

Well, they're going to say they believed he had a gun on 2/12. So that's likely what will be going to the jury - not as a fact, but as their belief. jmo
Yes. It will need to be cleared up if they were really chasing AA because of TM' s encounter with AA on 2/11 or if not, exactly how they decided he was fleeing a felony on 2/23.

A ring might have caught anyone taking taking TMs gun from the unlocked truck on1/1/2020, so I doubt they do. But their neighbors must have some footage from up or down the street since cameras are so cheap and pervasive now.

I think even if all these accusations about AA that are flying around are true, even if he was up to no good, and even if they were justified in attempting a citizens arrest, (not my belief),

It really boils down to, can someone really point a gun at a man when making a citizens arrest? Where no one was in danger from AA. He had no visible weapon. They were chasing him not the other way around.

He had at most in their minds trespassed and stolen items. Were they so desperate to stop him they needed a gun? They couldn't have been fearful of him as they were pursuing him. AA must have been terrified.

I hope justice is served, AA shouldn't have died that day.

I don't think they should get the death penalty, or murder in the 1st degree.
I don't think they set out to kill him, but their actions did result in a man's death and there should be consequences.

I don't remember them ever saying they saw him with a gun. He said he reached in his pants or waistband or something like that. That's hardly evidence that he had a gun in his pants, or that he has ever carried one anytime in the last seven years. Jmo

They were armed but didn't shoot him when they thought he was reaching for a gun? I call BS. If anything, I think it would be more reasonable to conclude that he had a cell phone in his pants.

Why couldn't they have been aware of the gun charge? It was in the local news and Sr. was in LE at the time.

As far as the creeping, I'm just going on the parts of the OP I quoted. Perez says Abery was the guy who was on the construction site multiple times. jmo

Apparently, in Georgia there are no degrees of murder.

Could someone please link the Facebooks for the McMichaels?

I can't find them.

Travis wasn't armed on that occasion. That's why he went down to the house and got his father who came with his gun.

In the police report, it is stated "they saw the same male and he stuck his hand down his pants ...". Presumably they includes GM who was there with his gun at that time.

Speaking of the police report, how come there was no discussion at all with Travis? He's listed as a suspect and is the guy who shot AA.

Newly released texts from Larry English's attorney say Travis McMichael chased a man down at the same home two weeks before killing Ahmaud Arbery. Is there a pattern of confrontation? Who is the man in this video? @cbs46

NEW VIDEO: This video was sent to me from the attorney representing the man who was building the home Ahmaud Arbery walked into before the shooting. It shows an unknown man walking through the home on Feb.11. A neighbor reports that Travis McMichael approached this man that night

Larry English speaks in this news video:

CBS This Morning on Twitter

There is mention of other people walking in and around the construction site. MOO apparently an attraction of sorts, since it was being built so slowly.
And MOO that's exactly what Arbery looks like he was doing. Going into an attraction and gazing at the exhibits.
