The pest control company was there to do regular maintenance. usually in my experience in NYC we have that on a monthly basisDid they specifically say that they had exterminators on a monthly basis?
they really like their privacy.
ALSO, let me tell you: taking care of someone with advanced Alzheimer's is all-consuming. And EXHAUSTING.
well you both got it right. I can at least tell you a funny story, when we would go visit my dad, he would beg my mom to take him with her , don't leave me here please" it was very hard on her. One time we just went to get coffee, and when we came back , he said " oh what a nice surprise you two drama queen's came to visit...Lol"TBH, I can't take credit for it though.Someone else on this thread (either #1 or thread #2) suggested it first, IIRC. I think it was @MsEmmaPeel? It was really just my 3rd choice. I thought BA died first, but I wasn't sure of what. 1. Thyroid issue, she was reaching for her meds, got dizzy and hit her head, causing her death. 2. BA died of a cardiac event (even though she was reportedly in excellent, stranger things have happened). 3. Hantavirus was my third choice, however, when I saw the press conference would have the NM Department of Health there, then I started to wonder if it could indeed be hantavirus.
part of me wonders if Gene put the dog in the crateHow long was the dog dead for? My god…
She died of hantavirus, not from caring for Gene. You don’t have to entertain the workers, leave the money or e-transfer,
It’s not a social call, they are ‘staff’.
Privacy is not an issue nor would it detract from seeing to her hubby.
Instead, she dies?
It was explained that the dog was on crate rest because she was recovering from surgery.part of me wonders if Gene put the dog in the crate
I hope soSo I bet Gene passed not really understanding anything was even amiss.
What if Gene didn’t want to be placed in a care facility? If that was his wish I’d respect that. It’s not a lot different than DNR instructions.
The official stated the date the dog had been operated on, or had some procedure, so I would guess that she took care of it, but you could be right.part of me wonders if Gene put the dog in the crate
NopeDo we know how active she normally was digitally?
BA had just picked up the dog from the vet after having a procedure. I think BA must have put the dog in the kennel when she arrived home, where the dog remained until being found by LE.part of me wonders if Gene put the dog in the crate
No don't even start down that path.part of me wonders if Gene put the dog in the crate
sometimes they cant stay at home, if they are a risk to themselves or others, My dad would take off, and get lost. One time the RCMP found him about 3 hours a way and he had run out of gas, he got lost on a new ring road took the wrong exit and just kept driving. its not safe for them sometimes to be at home. when you have a caregiver at home, who does a lot for you, you may not see how bad it is. Remove that caregiver , or their routine, and you see it loud and clear. No, I mean at home by the caregiver, not in a facility. A mother with 4 children who works full time while trying to be a caregiver for her parent living in the home is going to take a toll on her entire family.
Private people with wealth statistically remain in their home. They bring in extensive hospital equipment and staff.
All phone activity ceased on the 11th. It's a pretty good indicator that life ended on the 11th.IMO … For Betsy, they said the last proof of life was on 2/11. That doesn’t mean she died on the 11th. The media is jumping on the 11th. She could have died on the 18th.
I loved him in the Royal Tenenbaums! that's my favorite Gene Hackman movie.Off to watch The Royal Tenenbaums and remember a truly versatile and talented actor and an extraordinary man.
