The judge is grilling Seyferth at length about "inconsistencies" between his evidence today and statements he previously gave to police.

Seyferth today told the court that he found Brueckner "arrogant" yet in an earlier interview Seyferth said Brueckner was an "evil psychopath".

Many psychoaths are also arrogant; I fail to see why one can't both.

I don’t think they do .On the charge sheet she’s referenced as “ at least 14 “ due to the victim being unidentifiable, so my interpretation is she could be anywhere from 14 up . MS has her as 15 unsure of HeB . It’s within the appropriate age range.

So here is the problem with this reporting. Pisa consistently says that they saw the American woman raped on the video. But we know that is not correct.

Basically I don't trust any of what is in the Daily Fail.

Agree, and also, if the prosecution had a confirmed id, then they'd also likely have some type of witness statement and a date or at least an approximate date for the attack on the young girl, rather than the very vague some time between 2001 and 2006, and her case would not be dependant upon the testimony of HeB and MS.

Under cross examination he admitted talking to co-witness Busching - who will give evidence later in the trial - by phone on Thursday.

Can they be considered untrustworthy witnesses now even if there is the precedence of the other trial?

The two rapes without a video or a victim doesn't seem to be the key point in all the trials against CB, even if they might have been in the DM case.

Somehow i tend to think about the possibility, their appearence just might be of strategical reasons. As weak as witness MS seem to appear, as stronger might appear the other witnesses and evidence?!

But yes, MS and HB had been taken as credible witnesses in the past and in relation to trial, with a legally binding sentence.

It looks, as if the prosecutors seem to seperate the wheat from the chaff pretty early, to make it harder more and more for the defence to follow the strategy of questioning the credibility of the witnesses.

I'm still surprised, that this trial started with these two alleged rapes, based on evidence that seems to be questionable, and not with the big "Hazel B. thing"!

Could be a very sophisticated strategy by the court, imho!
