Because your prior post inferred that CB was responsible for masked attacks in PDL which ended once he left.

Did he beat his gf in Germany? Was he prosecuted for it? Did he commit other crimes in Germany? Of course he thought he could get away with things in Germany.

However, relatively, the crimes he committed were minor.

Nothing suggests he is a serial killer or even a single killer
