Question - I do not recall who Misty wanted to babysit for the night Haleigh went missing - Maybe after her phone fight with Ron he relented and told her to just make sure the kids were asleep before she went to babysit for somebody else. He tells her to get rid of all drugs in the MH and if Haleigh is there to call her relatives to help her.

Ron will get in big trouble if the kids were left home alone so he can not tell. Misty will get in big trouble if she tells on Ron allowing her to leave the kids alone. The bro and cuz were allowed to keep the drugs they moved if they assisted in getting rid of Haleigh. They certainly are not going to snitch.
Misty can say she does not know where Haleigh is if Haleigh was taken from the MH or if Haleigh was disposed of by her relatives.

Ron can say he does not know where Haleigh is for the same reasons.

Only the person who took Haleigh alive or assisted in disposing of her if she died knows where she is. Since LE believes it is someone Haleigh knew, I lean toward the scenerio that Haleigh died home alone. Misty found her and covered her with a sheet and disposed of her with her blanket. Bro and cuz took the van to the MH, filled it with illegal stuff and Haleigh and disposed of her body. The MH is now clean, drug-free and Misty can call 911.

Tn, herself, said she sent a "family member" over to check on the children and deliver laundry. I always cracked up at that one. Why didn't she go herself? TN HAS to be the one to direct checking on her grand children and laundry service delivery.

I wonder if rc left for work and left those children alone, locked in the house. I get the feeling he would not be beyond doing so. His comment, "Locking the back door and make sure it is deadlocked each day before I leave for work, screams out at me".

No one has ever seen me post a theory as to what I think happened to Haleigh. I knew I didn't have to, as someone would state it for me at some point.

If those kids were left alone and ToC was called to go by there, Haleigh could have even got into some rat poison/bleach. Wasn't someone bleach cleaning.. hmm? So ToC went by to find Haleigh unresponsive and MC gone OR asleep and then the chaos really begins. I want to think that whatever happened was an accident but I am forced to believe ToC knows more than he is saying. I think it slipped that he was by the trailer.

The movie the "The Deer Hunter" has games of Russian roulette in it. That type of movie would be right up RC's alley, imo.

Maybe Hank waited almost an hour to go to the mh and wait because Ron told him that HE was on his way and it would take him about an hour to get there. Maybe he helped Ron do something. That would explain that dead rat in the mailbox.

Now my brains are imploding. You may have hit on something Suspicious1. So perhaps RC asks Tommy to do him this favor and get rid of the plants? You may be right. TC says sure and calls Joe to get the van and they meet at the MH in an hour. They take the plants out to the Mondex and that's maybe where the van got scratched. And as pointed out, maybe they use a couple of the blankets from the MH to put in the van so they don't make a mess.

I just wonder if RC went along? If you had a lot of plants to move, you might get some of the same type scratches that RC had on his hands. You might also grab a big pot the wrong way and twist or cut the inside of your pinkie finger (I've done that).

It might also explain why RC denied the fight with cousin Joe. Joe came through in a pinch and helped RC. They didn't necessarily have to know WHY they were helping, maybe RC said, you can have the plants if you just get them out of the house for me.

The search of the Mondex piques GGS's interest enough to run out there and see what they found. I always found it strange that Ron didn't seem interested in the search. In fact, RC seemed to be holed-up in GGS's house that whole weekend with Misty. The following Monday (if I recall correctly), we see the happy little couple frolicking in the front yard for the cameras.

Btw, the only thing I recall GGS saying about that particular pond was that they weren't going to find Haleigh there. I don't recall GGS saying anything about it being the wrong pond. I think she was trying to convey her belief that Haleigh was still alive. Anyway, that's the way I took it.

100 plants in the MH would also explain why the bedrooms were not being used by the children. Haleigh's bed was apart and the frame was leaned up against the wall. Room for plants??

Also Ron claimed they moved to a bigger MH because DCF was concerened about the children having their own room. Well... it could have been because he needed more room to expand his "business". We only have Ron's word telling us the reason was DCF.

Very early on in the RT it was discussed many times by posters, me one of them, that pot plants could have been in the unused bedrooms. It would be pretty simple to store/grow plants in that area. Hey, it's done all the time. Moving the pots would take a bit of time but if the plants were only seedlings, there would have been multiple plants in each pot as has been discussed. These scenarios being discussed on this thread right now are so plausible. It is amazing how some of the old "rumors" are starting to resurface. Makes a lot of sense now about the van being damaged, the blanket in the van, the van being moved from Timmy's house during the night. I'm beginning to wonder if GGMS found a dead Haleigh and Haleigh left the home with GGM. I think that all the Cummings and Croslins are in this up to their eyeballs.

Michael gave Friedo (sp) one of the brothers, the kiss of death after he ratted out "the family". They took Friedo (sp) out in a boat (using the excuse they were going fishing), and the guy offed him with a pistol and dumped him in the bay.

Hydroponic pot growing brings in more money. I'd have to look it up, but I don't know that it would be grown in pots like a regular potted plant that would be picked up and moved. I think Ron would be growing it the way the most money could be made, and that there would be at least some evidence in the home of pot growing whichever way he might grow it. I believe Tommy knew where Misty was when he went by the trailer because he was over there hours before and was said to have seen her and the kids daily.

I believe that Misty was closer to Timmy than she was to Tommy. I believe that Tommy may have been a "pot head" before all this happened, I think the stress of it all may have turned him into a pill head. Even if he knows nothing, I can see it happening.

I think if Misty wanted/needed the help of one of her brothers and/or SIL's it would have been Timmy and/or his wife. I go back and forth on whether any of the Croslins aside from Misty are involved.

IMO the Cummings/Neves family have clearly been in CYA mode since 2/9/09.
