She was an eye witness to someone walking towards her who continued on towards the sliding glass door....Per the PCAShe was definitely an eyewitness to him leaving the scene and also heard the events... I never said she saw the murders.
I'm sure the prosecution put his picture in a lineup for DM. And she eliminates a lot of people with the description given it's spot onto BK - defense will have a hard time saying it's someone short, obese, a woman, someone in victims' inner circle etc.
Of course she didn't say on Nov 13 "it was BK" given that she very likely had never seen him before.
Yes, facts do certainly matter. There are many facts that are already revealed. No doubt, many more to follow. The shoe print is a toss card. You seem to be ignoring facts divulged in the PCA. One must remember that this process is one of calculated revelation. IMO, this man has a great deal of explaining to do If he wishes to be ”exonerated “.Facts do matter, and it is also noteworthy that they offered nothing that ties that shoe print to BK.
But the PCA also said it could have been XK who said it as she was using her cell phone at that time. The dog might have been making noises by himself. This is true, she also said she heard what she thought was K saying "someone's here".
How so? What facts am I ignoring? You seem to be ignoring facts divulged in the PCA.
Not yet. Time will come as truth is revealed.I don't recall, so asking: did Dylan say the masked man wore a head covering? If not, there could have been minute drops of victims' blood in the killer's hair, which could have been transferred to killer's pillowcase. FTR, I believe the killer is Kohberger, but he has not yet been convicted.
I believe you should review the PCA. It seems you have overlooked DNA, a not so minor fact. How so? What facts am I ignoring?![]()
In the photo of the sliding door, (to me) the lockset looks either missing or removed. What are your thoughts?I’m curious about the sliding glass door. I thought I read somewhere that there was no visible sign of forced entry so was the door locked or broken? LE put stools on front of it before they left so that would seem to indicate that the lock was broken? Would there be any liability on the part of the homeowner if the lock was broken?
And why was the front door wide open the morning after? Could one of the roommates have had a guest that stayed overnight and left early in the am wo closing the door completely? JMO wonderings.
I wish I could get my paternal Y-DNA. My ad died in 1993, all of his brother's have died except one and we do not speak. My brother and I do not speak and I do not know any male cousins from my dads brothers, only male cousins from my dads sisters.Yep. I manage my dads kit and had the big-700 done at FTDNA
It's WSU (Washington State University,) not UW (University of Washington.) WSU main campus is in Pullman. UW main campus is in Seattle on the other side of the state. They are distinctly different universities.
(I'm a WA resident and UW alum.)
Sidenote: Ted Bundy briefly attended UW and his first know victim was Karen Sparks, a UW student.
But he could have cleaned it in a somewhat cursory way in WA (I suspect he had lined parts of the interior with plastic, which were discarded immediately on his way home from the murder). But scrubbing and sanitizing his car may have attracted someone observing him in WA, especially in his apartment complex parking lot. So perhaps upon being “safely” (ha!) back in PA, he decided to do the comprehensive cleaning of the vehicle. You know, with bleach or industrial strength cleaners, wiping down every nook and cranny. And did it in the middle of the night so even his parents wouldn’t be aware of his activity. JMO.
So you think he actually used Uber during his stalking? Just curious why you think this??Allegedly, used hire cars to stalk the house on approx dozen occasions.
Police would be checking hire data. Explain away the hire cars. Police evasion.
Interesting sidenote - Maybe that is why BK decided to get his Phd from WSU.....Wa State seems to have history with serial killers....Ted Bundy, Green River Killer, Isaiah Keyes. I think there was another but can't remember name. It's WSU (Washington State University,) not UW (University of Washington.) WSU main campus is in Pullman. UW main campus is in Seattle on the other side of the state. They are distinctly different universities.

Perhaps it was merely because 2 of the victims worked there AND it served vegan food which was more interesting to MSM than the places of employment of the other 2 victims. MOOI just thought it was odd that they said they had video from MG but they didn't mention the places that the other victims worked (I think K worked at a coffeeshop? and I'm not sure if E had a job during the school year). I assumed this was all done back in November.
"We have no right or need to know." Completely disagree. What if this guy didn't do it? Then there's a quadruple murderer on the loose. We don't have the right to know that it is safe in Moscow? IMO it is going to be 2 years until trial. That's a lot of time for more murders and mayhem to just blindly think this thing is solved and everything is hunky dory. JMO.I decided LE knows best about this case. If they have facts and details they choose to keep from the public, so what? We have no right or need to know. The defense attny will get it all in Discovery. I believe there is evidence the public isn't aware of that will be presented at trial.
So where is the knife? Is it in the trunk? When he dumps everything he can see the knife and it's unsheathed, others here say it's unsafe uncovered. Surely he must notice it then.RE: Theory of murders in two sets at two times that @layer mentioned. It sounds intriguing. The timing might be better than all at once, but still kind of tight.
From the affidavit:
" A review of footage from multiple videos obtained from the King Road Neighborhood strowed muitiple sightings of Suspect Vehicle I starting at 3:29 a.m. and ending at 4:20 a.m. These show Suspect Vehicle I makes an initial three passes by the 1122 King Road residence and then leave via Walenta Drive. "
Then
"Suspect Vehicle 1 can be seen entering the area a fourth time a approximalely 4:04 a.m."
This means between 3:29 and sometime before 4:04 am the car passed by 3 times, presumably parking the last time. (have to allow time for vehicle to leave via Walenta the first time then come back so maybe 3: 57?) Assuming best case each pass took one minute, that gives us 3:32 at park time. So 25 minutes to park, go in, not disturb the dog on this entry? (no barking during this time on a camera that we know of), kill M &K and not wake up DM?( unless there is more to her testimony) and leave. That is best case scenario, and more likely 20 minutes. This does increase kill time by nearly double, but strange that the dog does not bark at that time (assuming it does not-it might and was not important to the affidavit).
But if it took that long (the whole available 20-25 minutes), how did BK figure out he was missing anything in just a few minutes while driving? Just long enough to leave by Walenta, and return at 4:04. Unless he was dumping things in a nearby dumpster that was after leaving on Walenta. I mean, who drives after committing murder and takes inventory while driving? (Could happen, I suppose) so this might tighten up kill time even more since he needed enough time to discover something was missing.
Yes. Further, do we think LE would just toss this shoe print info out with no reason? Every word in the PCA was included for a purpose, was reviewed by many investigators, thought about for hours and days, and for reasons they already have, IMO.Yes, facts do certainly matter. There are many facts that are already revealed. No doubt, many more to follow. The shoe print is a toss card. You seem to be ignoring facts divulged in the PCA.
