Prior reminds me so much of Mark Geragos defending Scott Peterson. Like they have hitched their career sail to this high profile muderering monster sinking ship.
Prior, like Mark Geragos , will go home after the trial is over to his cozy abode, breath free air …as CD is shuffled off to sleep next to his toilet forever.
CD is getting played …yep like he played sooooo many people. He probably believes Prior is going to save him.
Looks to be some slow & painful karma IMO.

I dunno. Prior seems to be every bit a miserable person as Daybell; like in a constant angry, pissy prison of his own making. JMO.

Chad Daybell’s attorney has been busy. Besides motion/order to seal, John Prior motions to dismiss indictment, strike the death penalty & DQ prosecution including out of state prosecutor Rachel Smith. He also wants to see homicide/DP cases she has served as counsel or worked on.

When your client is guilty, the best defense is offense. String it out as long as possible. Mental health, assessments, stall, on and on...switch attorneys, whatever.

They can take a lesson from Jorge Barahona, who killed his adoptive daughter, Nubia. He has been in jail for over ten years, still no trial date. His wife finally did flip on him.

Well, it is justice though, don't you think? They are being punished even as we speak. No more dancing on beaches in Hawaii for them, no more speaking engagements and conferences, no more trips, parties and BBQs with their families, no more congenial company, no more plotting and scheming, no more whatever made them happy, and certainly no more making their own decisions ever again. Just misery, fear and uncertainty. Sounds good to me.

I would agree but I don’t think Lori and Chad feel fear and misery the way you and I do. They still believe their fairy tales. I would like Justice to hit them hard. Honest justice. It may take God to have them face what they’ve done.

Yes, the world lost 4 innocent people, who potentially had a lot more to give, and what do we have left? These 2 murdering, selfish loonies. Justice will be satisfying, but I would rather have those 4 good people back.

I still have my doubts about Joe, Joseph Ryan. There's something about his death that does not sit right with me.

Remember entry into his apartment was made through an open window on the balcony? There was a screen in place on the inside which had to be removed. I see that in reverse, someone outside on balcony replacing the screen and just closing the window but couldn't close it. All they had to do was have someone on the ground placing a ladder for them to get down.

There are a lot of premature deaths in Lori’s orbit that have been given a medical pass . I think there is a likely probability some of them could have been murder.

Oh wow! I saw this and another creator discuss some of the Chandler stuff. Some of the text messages are just so fascinating IMO. I recently filed some requests for records and got some of this myself but not everything (as the cost was a lot due to the volume), but I’m glad some other places have shared some of the documents. I really appreciate their perspective and also hearing it from others, like Annie C., who just posted a video on the same documents. I don’t know if I scan some of the pages I got and attach here but if/when until I’m able to do that their video shares/shows a lot of the actual documents too so one can read along. So much crazy stuff throughout IMOO.

It was difficult to compile such a list because it was all so surreal, but some of the texts that stood out to me the most were -

In another part of the HTC video the police wrote that on 12/23/19 MBP lied to the FBI, but wasn't challenged because IP was present and he was still cooperating with LE. Previously we thought that he admitted to her earlier in the month that he had been snitching on the group.

I don’t know if I think they were talking in code/terms like this because they thought that was best or if they just truly believe this type of language and talking this way. They certainly appear to all understand one another (and that’s not to say this language is so cryptic but the use of alt. names for people and things is interesting).
