Yep I think they counted on that evidence staying within the court system IMOActually, I think he was and is hoping that RCCL would settle before the video ever hit the internet.

They have 20 days to file their answer from the date they were served with the lawsuit
Do you think they will file a counter complaint? And if so what would they charge ? I’m thinking they don’t want to create negative publicity for this grieving family so maybe just their answer ?And in lieu of answering they can file a motion to dismiss or ask for an extension of time to respond. But something has to happen within the 20 days.
That video seems much clearer.RSBM
I think he clearly knew the window was open because it looks, to me, that his head was right out of the window.
An Aussie MSM publication have sort of put the two published videos together into one brief video, I think mostly to highlight SA's actions. It is at the start of this article.
It seems far less grainy than the other copies I have seen.
Chilling new video of toddler cruise fall
Hopefully it can be opened and viewed in the US. I know that sometimes there are viewing restrictions between different countries.

JMO but I don't think that RCCL will even consider a countersuit. It could cost more in PR than the suit would be worth to them. Think about how it would appear to future cruisers if the cruise line would add to a grieving family trying to recover from the death of their precious toddler who died while on their cruise ship.Do you think they will file a counter complaint? Couldn't he do it if he had a vape in his hand?I can't tell if anything is in his hand. If he had a cig, how could he pick up CW two-handed with a lit cig in his right hand?
not that I can find in MSM
Thanks I can view it - honestly I don’t think this lawsuit should move forward else they might get a counter-complaint
JMO
It's surprising that there hasn't been a counter suit by RCCL before now.
They would be within their rights, correct ?
That's because *deep breath* HE DID THROW HER OUT THE WINDOW. IMOOHe lifts her so high it looks like he's about to throw her out the window IMO.
I wonder how he going to explain why he lifted her up so high? That is crazy high...something you might do in a swimming pool.Ugh.
Just makes a person wince !
He lifted her above his head to place her there... this was no casually leaning holding her at his waist level to 'look out'.
It took some effort.
I don't know anything aboutCouldn't he do it if he had a vape in his hand?
An act of games:
“Chloe, look I’m going to drop you” and then he dropped her.
I felt I could make out more detail in the video when I didn't have it on full screen. I've watched video several times...but intently focused on one small portion of video each time. ex...at window...lifting her...putting something to mouth. The video version I saw when I googled it was much clearer than the one on the PR tv show.
ETA: it's about the same as the version posted above.
I don't think so. JMOOWith as high as he is lifting her - is it possible he is lifting her up to sit her on his shoulders ?
Thank you, it is surprisingly clear, though do plan to view it on my big screen desk top when I have the chance.RSBM
