People are talking about what he did with his poop when he was 6. I mean, anyone would be trying not to laugh.

There can be other reasons he smiles in “inappropriate” spots, he was on film, it could be he was nervous, he could be smiling to give himself better face, to show the world he’s not a monster, or as you suggest there could be a psychological aspect and that’s where I present that maybe he has undiagnosed autism this would explain a lot of things in past Interviews that most see as suspicious as just a autistic boy who could cope with the death of his sister. Even if he did have autism there’s no concrete way to tell if he did kill his sister.

Caseyonthecase,
maybe he has undiagnosed autism
This quite likely, possibly diagnosed, but with no remedy. He completely messed up his Dr. Phil interview, despite being coached and knowing all the right answers.

COUNT VII (Accessory to a Crime)

On or about December 25, and December 26, 1996 in Boulder County, Colorado, John Bennett Ramsey (or alternately, Patricia Paugh Ramsey) did unlawfully, knowingly and feloniously render assistance to a person, with intent to hinder, delay and prevent the discovery, detention, apprehension, prosecution, conviction and punishment of such person for the commission of a crime, knowing the person being assisted has committed and was suspected of the crime of Murder in the First Degree and Child Abuse Resulting in Death.

You have to wonder who the Grand Jury thought was the person referenced in the above account.

The person is suspected of child abuse and murder, and it cannot be either parent as they could have been both charged with Murder in the First Degree. They were hit with Accessory to a Crime and Child Neglect counts.

The Grand Jury saw evidence we do not even know exists, as it has all been sealed.

We still don't know what was in Counts I, II, III, and IV (along with IVb, V, and VI) as each one did not receive the required number of votes. Logic dictates that those counts are going to be more severe than accessory to a crime and child neglect.
