I watched most of Casey Anthony's trial so I sat through a lot of boring and irrelevant defense testimony yet i cannot believe how much worse Jodis testimony is. Its almost a form of punishment! I don't know how much more I can listen to.

Her ranting of incessant, painfully boring details makes me feel even more sorry for the men who "dated" her: they went through all of that x's 1000 just to get into her pants (I can't imagine anyone wanting her for more than that), only to find...that. :saythat:

Wy hasn't his razor been suggested as a weapon? In her interrogation tapes she said he shaved the "old fashioned way", meaning the switchblade style, right? Extremely sharp! Also, I don't know many people that carry a .25 cal. so the chances of TA actually have one is ridiculous!:what::what:

I hear ya mag. Lets get on with the bashing of Travis and blaming him for everything ......get the phone sex tape on and get this over with so Juan can get up and reveal what this evil wench truly is.

This listening to her drone on and on is so irritating. I would turn it off but I dont want to miss it the minute Juan gets up to cross.

My anger and anxiety goes through the roof when I try putting myself in Travis' family's shoes during this testimony. I just keep hoping these godawful hours go by quickly so they can be put in the past, let Juan do his thing and give the case to the jury.

Have you noticed that Jodi lifts her voice up at the end of sentences with sad information. Most people drop their voice in pitch. She lifts it in ValleyGirl style, almost like she is asking a question. Totally robs it of any emotion.

I don't think she deserves the death penalty. Even before she started testifying I've thought this. Travis was a willing participant in this twisted relationship and kind of egged her on in a way. If he didn't string her along, this wouldn't have happened. He supposedly believed she stalked him to point of slashing his car tires, and yet he still would flirt text her, phone sex her, and real sex her. Her actions screamed "stay away, hazardous conditions" but he wouldn't heed the obvious. He didn't deserve death for that, but I don't think she does either.

It's obvious her testimony of abuse is solely to save her life. Her "he attacked me" claim is bs and they know it. It was obviously premeditated. There are multiple lines of evidence to support premeditation. There is no doubt about it. They know they have shown no evidence to support an attack by Travis. The evidence in fact contradicts it. All they have is her completely non-credible word. And if Travis attacked her, tried to kill her, then it doesn't matter if she was abused or not. Yet the testimony isn't meant to prove he attacked her. It's meant to explain excuse the heinous overkill of the murder. Even if she attacked, while she would have the right to defend herself, she wouldn't have the right to stab/throatcut/headshot. I agree she doesn't deserve death but not for the reasons they're trying to give here.

Then I too was a willing participant in my abusive marriage to a disordered person and I too egged him on...he just so happened to appear as a normal, loving human being until I was deeply enmeshed in our relationship and was unable to walk away easily. Only I'm still alive to talk about my experiences because eventually I did manage to get away and he was arrested for other crimes before he could kill me.

My grandma has a .25 cal. and JA grandparents had one as well. But a young or middle aged person nah I just dont see them buying a .25 cal.

I will be curious how she explains the gun. Does she admit she stole it and the fake police report or does she try and claim it was Travis's.
