I have the feeling that Jodi isn't physically capable of getting pregnant. Blessings from God, IMO.

She has been sexually active for years, with several lovers, she doesn't appear to be the most responsible person, and we have heard nothing of abortions.

Therefore, I believe that she has never been able to get pregnant.

When she said in testimony, that Darryl at one point has said he wanted another child... then Jodi quickly said that they never tried- I think she was lying- that is exactly what she was doing and hadn't been successful. MOO again.

I agree! IMO

One can really wonder how much if any of the words coming out of her mouth are true???

I think the only true things are the ones being verified by other people. The day they met, trips with other people and so on.. The whole sex on the same day she was baptized doesn't seem like something TA would partake in. Such a holy act followed by something so sexual.

Way to cross your arms and breath heavily as the jury leaves...IMO not too body language.

I almost feel bad for Nurmi...how excruciating this is, like he's pulling teeth

She is like the worst sinus infection of your life...head throbbing

The defense keeps asking: Did it hurt that Travis continued to keep their sexual relationship discreet? Why should it? They both knew that what they were doing was a big problem in the Mormon church.

She kept it discreet too ....

The jury will die of boredom. That's why she thought "no one would convict her." Their strategy is to kill off every juror and alternate by boring them to death. And it apparently is working.

Post of the day for me! :rocker::floorlaugh::fence:

She can't recall when they actually had penile/vagina sex, maybe April, maybe May. I'm sure if it did happen, she would have this date branded in her brain.

No she must block those dates out but she sure can remember which way TA's car was parked on the street 5 years ago!! defense is still in 2007 :banghead:

IMO she will not remember her Entire trip on the way to murder Travis; this testimony no is lenghty on purpose bc the actual murder part will be very short so as to go along with her alleged battered woman defense.. "I don't remember"

How long is the break?

Jury's out, break for 20 mins, council at sidebar... why arrent we being allowed to hear this?

The lady on Jodi's side with lots of jewellery just handed Jodi's Mom a notebook that she put in her bag and took out.

I've been gone for a couple hours. I noticed she's not looking down anymore when sex is mentioned. Her act is slipping.

Agree. Did you see the female defense atty flash a look over at the prosecutor when Jodi forgot her demure, church mouse act and said 'he (Travis)admitted he screwed up...'

WHAT??? Not affectionate with you at Sizzler?? For god's sake, get rid of him!

Why does Jodi's aunt wear headphones? Does she not speak English ? Does she need a translator?

Interesting that neither are on def witness list to defend her character. Her own MOTHER.

OK, so how many of you or your DH's or SO's blab information about your sexual relationship around to friends and family? Do you put it on a light up billboard? GMAB! That is so stupid

Hmm. Wonder what's coming after the break? Usually when the defense lawyer has to remind the judge that it's time for a break, that means they are transitioning into something *important*

I saw the defense attorney go over and speak with JA's mom. Perhaps warning her that this is going to be played when they return.
