@kuromiiiilove just want to say THANK YOU for posting the courtroom updates…so very helpful for those of us that can’t watch the trial everyday and can occasionally check in to see what’s happening.

That’s a good question. I wonder if any of the experts have opined on that.

I’m wondering if the defense ran some tests on that? They’re pretty thorough. Maybe they ran the tests and didn’t like the results?
AARCA ran tests. The CW didn’t like the results.

Don't forget the drive from 34 Fairveiw to 1 Meadow, Karen's driving in the morning then to Dighton and back.

People are gonna say it’s from salt on the road and snow because they are apparently adhesives. JMO

Alessi is asking how those apparent glass pieces would have ‘rested’ on the bumper after a 30 minute tow. The Lexus had driven to Dighton and then back to Canton.
I'd love to see a reenactment of that, please?

1000%. They know I appreciate it but can’t hurt to give them their flowers again.

Is it better than Elmer’s snow?
Yes. Elmer’s is for kids. This stuff if for grownups who are trying really hard to stick something together.

Did JOK’s vehicle have damage to his vehicle caused by the alleged hit from KR’s vehicle?

Alessi on par again, cross is confusing and not relevant, he’s doing a great job running out the clock. moo
Could you say more about why it is not relevant?

Running the clock out by turning CW witnesses into defense witnesses. JMO

Exactly this. I’ve had fights with my partner I’d never want played back for all to hear. Karen’s voicemails weren’t composed or rational, they were raw, messy, and human. That’s not indicative of murder. It’s indicative of heartbreak. People say ugly things when they’re spiraling, especially under the weight of betrayal trauma, which hits when someone you love and trust violates that bond. As far as we know, John had likely cheated before, and Karen was reacting to a painful, familiar pattern. That doesn’t excuse the language, but it explains the intensity. Anyone who’s been hurt like that knows how easily it can break you. Emotional volatility isn’t criminal - as I’ve said before, if it was, half the country would be in jail. MOO.
Very nicely and eloquently said @kuromiiiilove ……. and it in no way diminishes the delicate nature of the human condition and relationships. For either party. Or the sad and unfortunate evening that led to JOK death. And while reading the above I also couldn’t help but reflect on what many now know about the defendant KR’s own health conditions. Some things that no one likely would have preferred to have made public. And just cringe that the former investigator in the case had mocked or made fun of those conditions in messages with his former colleagues. While at the same time he was looking for compromising images of the defendant. Instead, perhaps, of real evidence. SMH. MOO

Ok everyone, put a hair or piece of glass on your bumper tomorrow, drive around, and report back ;) lol

I really hope BH and AllieM get called soon. Now that we have seen video at Canton Headquarters and BH moving things all around, will AllieM be asked again about picking up a dog and bringing it to the police station instead of driving straight home with boyfriend like she originally claimed......many questions left unanswered.

I was riveted by Alessi's questions regarding the glass and hair. Needed it to go longer but the witness would not be able to answer some of the questions as she stated, but the jury heard. Main thing. Looks like the glass pieces were doubled due to the reflection of the glass. SO ODD that was not noticed when brought to trial, the images. The hair is different from the other so not a different angle at all. It is clear to see. She did not take the pictures. What's up? IMO

So Maureen Hartnett confirmed in her cross examination today that JOK’s blood was NOT in the tail light.
