Georgia Woman Dies of Coronavirus After Being Turned | Valdosta Today

The death of a 65-year-old Dekalb County courthouse clerk left an Atlanta family heartbroken. Rushia Johnson Stephens suddenly collapsed and was rushed to hospital where she later died.

Stephens was reportedly very active and had no underlying health conditions. She was turned away from the hospital before her symptoms started to worsen. An autopsy confirmed that she did, in fact, have COVID-19. Her brother warns others to take the virus seriously.

This terrible news is horrendous. It must be very distressing for this poor man's loved ones and the hospital staff. He must have been pushed to breaking point dealing with it all. May he Rest In Peace.
