GUILTY MI - Ramsay Scrivo, 32, found dismembered, St Clair County, 27 Jan 2014 - #2

ramsey received 6 months of probation and donna was very angry with them (her and her husband who was a prosecutor in another district) because he got punished even though it wasn't their district..........she says donna has a very bad temper....

ramsey packed up and came home from college.......

asked how often visited ramsey at his condo.....2 times, usually he visited at her home......always in the state of fixing it up, usually at her brothers home.......the condo was mostly fixed up, went there and checked it out.......

went to look at it, one room left undone, partially finished room in basement if mike wanted to use it (mike is her boyfriend that at one point might want to rent the condo) her husband has passed away at this point btw........asked about the dog..........she's not really aware of how long he had the dog, maybe a year or two? lost feed.....

asked re: her brother and his death.........asked if she knew he had coronary heart disease? yes she knew that......but that's not what he died of but it was a contributing factor....

causes of death part two on death certificate.....asks her to read it....it's in re: to celulitus......infection of tissue that goes to the bone, she knows that due to a murder trial she prosecuted recently.......had hep c...........died of that.........

suggesting that donna is responsible for brother's death? not sure, wondering now....why did she give him a vitamin shot???
he was supposed to take it under his tongue, not a shot!

you were instrumental to having ramsey committed when his father died because donna said he took morphine......yes, i was afraid to be wrong.........

i knew he had anxiety.....you knew he was suicidal.....no! he had never told me that, only donna had told me that

jason and i took him to be on the safe side.......i share on her concern since donna told me that the morphine was missing.....

did you represent to anyone that he was suicidal?

i told them his mother said he was suicidal and morphine was missing according to donna

do you know the name of ramsey's physician? no i can't remember..........

he reminds her.......reads off.........suicidal plan......morphine is missing, ramsey's father died this morning........he asks her if she represented herself as ramsey's attorney? she says no....

asks her to read the paper........refreshes her memory.....

do you recall signing off on the doctor's petition of the suicidal plan? yes......i signed it......

does it say on here because someone (donna) told you?
when i got there it was filled out already......

I endorsed it, i signed it, yes.....

when you first learned ramsey was missing what was the first thing that crossed your mind....

i thought that he had gotten arrested.......

maybe he had fell off the wagon and i was pretty disappointed....

asked about his drinking habits.........

discusses his drinking from his teenage years and self medicating, a lot of people with mental health issues will do that...was a problem for him

about donna leaving her post at st. john hospital......worked there many years....30 years? knew others that worked with her....she had to leave....her brother called her and asked for a lawyer to recommend.....late 2007 or early 2008, donna suffered heart attack, treated at the hospital, almost died, jason told her about it......

had allergic reaction at hospital to something used.....

asks her about feeling like donna was not the best person to be the guardian for ramsey.....she offered to be the person....asks ramsey to move in with her......he didn't want anyone to be it, wanted to be on his own......asks if she went to judge and said she would be his guardian......she says no, i wish i had and breaks down.........crying.......

when "reported missing" did you go around and put up posters? no i thought it was ridiculous.........

i'm sorry i missed the last bit of her testimony.......the hive was calling lol


redirect............i owe it to ramsey to testify......no autopsy done on my brother....don't know about the missing morphine...no fighting with donna at time of my brother's death, took donna at her word at time of his death and thought ramsey might be suicidal by what donna said....

recross..........there was not a coroner's inquest......do you suppose if your brother had died of a morphine overdose the doctor's would have known that? he was in a lot of pain...... did you know in the state of mi a death cert. must be signed by a physician.....yes.......there is no indication that drugs contributed to his death in any way (her brother).....she says i wasn't aware that a doctor saw him after he died......

bathtub. The traps from tub and sink were removed and examined for potential examinations.

Brownish stains leading into bathroom.

Whitish stains with powder particles on bedroom floor, some reddish stains in bedroom.

(sounds like any blood stains are transfer-stains)

Multiple stain (blood) on stairwell leading up to bathroom and bedrooms. Storm door at back of house had small reddish brown stain. Inside of kitchen back door, red-brown stains on floor at bottom of door.

Vaccuum had had white powder in it and on the bottom (laid on yellow tarp for photo).
