Seems to me, there were still several months in which to accomplish this. As you have noted, friends coming in to visit, arrange the trip before you find out if Michelle is willing to babysit your friends for a trip that could be taken at some other time. Not to mention being rather rude to invite friends down and the night before they come in you decide not to be there.
Its a lot like claiming the coach purse was an anniversary gift, until one realizes that isn't fooling anyone since the anniversary was three weeks before while JY was in Denver, or taking that long planned vacation that did not compensate for the wife's schedule and paying for the troop while the wife is not happy about the paying part. Fun and games, riddle after riddle.
Very sad when considering the subject matter is about the murder of a young woman and her baby. That part seems to be lost.
RaisinCharlie,
I gotta' hand it to you. You never lose your cool or your way. WHAT a post! Very spot on!
As time goes on, I think we have all been led on a "futuristic" ride.
Go back to the beginning.
Remember the old adage that bit dogs squeal first? The BIG problem is that computer "print out". It has to date, been everything EXCEPT the holy grail. WHY?
It was WAY too late for an Anniversary present. IF in fact Jason saw fit to spend that day across the Country... NO purse would have been enough compensation....WAY TOO early for Christmas. Birthday, not even on the horizon...What are we left with?
IMO, A LIE! That "print out"/"fax" had no more to do with Michelle than the man in the moon.
Looks much more like a present for a lover than for the wife of a man that couldn't even be bothered spending that day with, let alone the days following the loss of their 2nd child.
The more secure the JY² camp gets with Jason's version, the better. They think that the sheer volume of evidence will bury this minute detail. They are wrong.
Jurors have a tendency to keep their eyes on the doughnut and not the hole.
