I watched it. When I first vowed this milestone video. What I was able to see Tom a distance. All I could see was he backs and no audio. I viewed in its entirely. Nothing in the actions that jumped out at me. After a few mins. The paramedics placed him on the gurney

I think the defense is doing a remarkable job thus far with prosecution witnesses - seems all we have from the prosecution is emotion based opinions and more opinions on policing

I too think that the defense is doing a remarkable job as this posts states.. as the saying goes... they only have what they have to work with.

Last week, the prosecution put up facts, put up video.. so that we can see for ourselves the situation.

The prosecution 100% have him on negligence but is he even charged with that? Reckless indifference to human life needs to be proven which so far it has been evidenced by the negligence and now not following policy for what to do with a person in crisis, however is the negligence classed as an action or inaction? Failure to render appropriate medical aid yes. Murder? I’m not sure yet...

3rd degree murder is "depraved heart" murder when a person has done something that results in death where they have not shown regard for human life

Just came across this in feed. Dr. Hansen is with MedCram, one of the two sites (other is Dr. Campbell) that we at WS have followed for science on the COVID thread. They give videos that a "normal lay person" can gain knowledge from vs. speaking to other scientists/doctors.

I learned sooooooo much from this video, so sharing here knowing he is approved by WS. e.g. asphyxia isn't just lungs breathing, it's medical terminology is also "no oxygen to the brain". He also goes into compression and positional asphyxia, how there may not be postmortem signs (e.g. bruising) for such. Also, most deaths have multifacted reasons not just one. Who knew?

Few minutes I saw the bystander video. I was able to see the occurrence. See the officers involved. I was able to hear. I was also able to get a better judgement of length of time

Even if a car was not running that exhaust pipe is just the end of an entire exhaust system where gases would be diffusing out as the manifold and pipe are hot even with a vehicle turned off. Even the residue left on an exhaust pipe is gross. I have never laid any patient by an exhaust pipe that i remember, especially anyone who states one time "I have trouble breathing". Same thing by the ambulance exhaust. Load them asap. Especially by a diesel engine. His head was so close to that pipe.

Once gf had stopped resisting. And certainly when he verbalise he was struggling. Once there was no longer resisting and once he was even motionless. To continue to apply that level of force to a person probed out and in handvuffef and that is in no way shape part of our training, ethics and values
