Yes, that is what I meant.

You do a $25.00 donation to the United Way if DL is convicted of any of the federal charges that he is currently facing. I do a donation if he is found innocent of the federal charges that he is currently facing.

Additional federal charges, lower state charges such as trespassing etc. do not count either way.

And.... dismissal of all the current federal charges by the judge counts as "Not Guilty". So, you also win if all current federal charges are dismissed short of a jury verdict.

Bet is on?
