I don't buy any of it. She asked him ONE question! One! He choked. I am livid. I don't know what the purpose of her having him on if she wasn't going to talk to him. She had the oppruntiity to get answers from him. She had an hour to grill him like she does all the other guests.......instead......heck I don't know. I think it was just a publicity stunt for her. She got Ron Cummings! She lost ALL creditibility with me tonite. She did nothing in aid of finding Haliegh. She stuffed her own coffiers on the back of this child trying to bring back her viewers.
Who gets the reward money IF Haliegh is found dead? I think that is the next subject I am concerned with. If Ron gets it................that explains all the flurry of activity to suddendly find Haliegh now that she is certainly decomposed beyond most foresenic testiing.

Wow, Marc K. certainly doesn't have any difficulty seeing Louis Ross as guilty based on his failed polygraph - guess it helps to be a young white female . . . JMO

She has been using that one effectively for years whenever she gets in trouble...IMO.

If she is the one with the info and is the weak link...this may not have a pretty ending.

I posted this downstairs, but I'm starting to believe Ron hasn't got anything to do with Haleigh's disappearance, and always have been on the fence. Good job tonight Nancy Grace.

What I'm seeing, call me dumb, is I believe this is a concerted effort to rally around Ron and support him, help him see what's going on. It's obvious he wants to believe Misty, but like he said, "let them fry no matter who it hurts". He was also asked point blank if that includes Misty. Good answers Ron. He appears truthful and to the point to me.

I believe these talking heads have come together to help Ron see the light that Misty knows more than what she's saying. The polygrapher was right on target, believable and knowledgeable. I think this particular show was done for Ron's benefit solely. Help him see the light of day.

I also am inclining to believe LE may have contacted these players notifying them somethings coming down the pipe soon and Ron will need support and guidance through this Hell he's getting ready to have to face.

He appears to really stand by what Misty told him that she awoke and found Haleigh gone and back door propped open. He says til evidence shows him differently, he's believing her.

It's looking like Ron is going to get a double Whammy. Lord help him, if he is innocent. Won't be long now, things are changing quickly.

I totally disagree. I think NG was hoping Ron would start talking but obviously his loyality is with Misty. JMO

Miss Nancy wasn't all sweet tea on him this time and he took his attorney and went home.

This is not true. He stayed there with his attorney through the entire show. It's not Ron's fault the camera wasn't trained on him making it clear he was still there and available to the public.

Ron's clothing looked appropriate and he looked cleaned up. I don't think he wants to face what he seems to possibly becoming aware of with the help of those surrounding him in my opinion deliberately in hopes to help him accept the un-acceptable.

Well if it takes National Media to change his mind, he is slow.

doc just called MC "pretty disturbed"

I missed the part when the Doc spoke, son asking me questions. Good for Doc, I beleive Misty is the key and has lots of issues going on. She's conniving and cruel if she turns out to know more, and I believe she does and hasn't been truthful with Ron. Shame on her, this would be the ultimate betrayal towards the entire family on both sides.

It was a supposition of the moments when Rc was not on....we were watching live KOOL. I disagree about RC...didn't see that at all...and he did appear angry when she pushed him in the first segment until all he could say was a Mistylike "I don't know Miss Nancy".

Did Nancy ask him about his comment that the bed hadn't been slept in?

I no longer have any doubt in my mind that RC kknows exactly what happened to HaLeigh. No other reason for him to fail to question Misty and her lies....keep her in his home, feed her, support her...buy her ciggies...clothes...lay next to her at night. The reason being, he need not ask...he already knows.

I've got to take up for Nancy right now. I have noticed the last few shows that she is more like the old Nancy that I first watched years ago. She is actually trying to get the guest to talk and not screaming and cutting them off as she has done through her pregnancy and for a year afterward. I actually did not get turned off last week and tonight. I think I saw "uncomfortable" on Ron's face tonight. I think he actually realized that the story he and Misty (and probably his family) made up is coming apart rather rapidly. He had the "deer caught in the headlight" look. JMO.

You know, when a journalist keeps saying, "I know you" and the interview subject keeps calling the journalist "Miz Nancy", the concepts of objectivity and journalistic integrity go right out the window for me....

I have a request of everyone, if anyone is willing. Put your "feelings" aside and look at this thing as sleuthers. When NG re-airs in an hour or when Patty comes back with the videos, PLEASE watch it all with fresh eyes.

Try to look at Ron like sleuthers, like CHILD advocates...No right or wrong, no preconceived notions...Just LOOK at it like it's a brand new case. I ask of everyone to LISTEN to Ron's statements about Misty polygraph failures...I ask you to LISTEN to his "excuses" for not getting the straight story from her.

Please open your eyes and your mind and LISTEN..for Haleigh's sake...Pretend it was just another case that you were seeing for the first time....You'll be surprised at what you see....if you just really listen.

Shades of the A's and KC, KC was afraid of CA more so than LE. Ditto. MC is more afraid of RC and keeping him than the LE.

Ditto with the laundry, both families covering evidence before calling 911.

the way I "read" this appearance is pretty simple--Ron didn't want to address his wife's inconsistencies and wanted the focus on Haleigh......

well...LE is focusing on Misty-shouldn't he be working at getting the answers from her--did not give the impression that he was at ALL..JMO

Shaymus, I've got to back up on my compliments to Nancy a bit. You are right, how the heck does Nancy thinks that she knows Ron? That did come off a bit ridiculous to me. Is she playing psychiatrist with him and expected him to confess what he really knows? "I know you" GMAB.

It's not like they didn't know these would be the questions. His attorney honestly felt it would be OK for Ron to just say, "well, gee whiz I don't know nuttin bout no ploygraphing, let's just talk about Haleigh". Come on, so what are they trying to do? I was wondering if it was throw her under the bus but he didn't that I saw. Course the facts were put out there on national TV so he didn't need to do a lot. Everyone heard how mnay polys she failed and what the examiner thinks she was lying about so RC didn't really need to help set the stage. But I expected him to nudge Misty or her brother under the bus. Otherwise what is the purpose of this appearance, now?

Course I stopped watching after the tricycle story. God that woman is annoying. I remember why I never watch her.

How does anyone "normalize" RC's responses about the fact his wife is lying about every aspect of his daughter going missing? What is the attorney planning to say to "explain" why none of that really bothers Ron and he doesn't want to talk or think about it? It's perfectly fine that his wife lies every time she opens her mouth and likely knows what happened to his "heart"-you know, not really his concern, let LE worry about it. I don't really see this story flying with any audience with an IQ over 50.

I believe the response was, "Let 'em fry." That's what he thinks.

Gwen I have my thoughts about this too. This show was weird. Nancy had opportunity to drill and grill Ron and attorney, and she did a fine job on what she did bring out of Ron, but I'm telling you it leads credibility to my theory that this show was a rally around Ron in supporting him and helping him see the light. Makes sense if we put all the last weeks events into perspective.

TN calling and contacting Mark Nejame, Tim Miller being contacted by family, seems they family are piecing things together and are trying to get Ron buddied up with some strong men and women who can help him see, cope and make the right decisions once things start the spiral completely down. Which it already has started to drop.

I like your perspective too which is close to mine with a little difference.

Ron wants someone to come forward with information on what happened to Haleigh and says that he doesn't care who it hurts. Then when professional people conduct a polygraph, a layered voice analysis and hypnosis attempt, and share the results that Misty has lied and that she knows what happened to his little girl, he decides to ignore them. He is once again talking out of both sides of his mouth. I guess as long as the information brought forward doesn't involve he or Misty he is cool with it, right?:waitasec:
