Ron said that from what LE has told him there is no "degree" of passing or failing an LDT... you either pass or fail. NO percentages.
And funny, but there have been many, many discussions on these boards about them, and as many varying opinions. But this is my first time to ever hear of them giving the results as 99%, or 95% or 42%, particularly in regards to ONE question. I could understand the entire test being 99% failed... but not each question. Not saying it is right or wrong. But just my first time to ever hear it that way.

He never said he TRUSTED her.

Exactly!!! This is what I'm reading between the lines. This case is one of the "Read in between the lines" concerning everyone including LE, Nancy's show tonight, on and on. He was never said he trusted her, he said he doesn't know how she failed. I frankly don't believe he understands the dynamics and interpretations on how it all works anyway, I know I don't and didn't but learned alot tonight on Nancy with TJ Harts statements.

Which I brought up, I saw Ron change after the polygrapher spoke, his eyes looking glaring, then out pops, "Let them fry no matter who it hurts". Then commercial break, Nancy comes back on and re-itterates and asks Ron to clarify if she was understanding that to mean and include Misty, his wife. And there again, he states with full authority and determination in his voice, " Let them fry". Point met it's end.

Someone needs to now have Misty in some type of custody, for her safety, and to protect anyone family member from losing it with her or suspects in the days to come so they won't commit a crime within this crime. In other words, for R and M, they don't need to be together and alone for the time being. Someone is going to get hurt, and I pray not.
For most everyone is going through far enough, including us as citizens who care for Haleigh.

Did anyose else notice when they were reviewing her results from one of the test s she took with TM that when asked if she loved Haleigh she said "yes" and NO deception was indicated?
Misty is a lil' girl. She is covering for someone else. I don't know who. I know what I see and I have my ideas.
I don't mean to offend anyone with my observations.
I am not defending Misty. I just found that interesting.

Gwen, I appreciate your observations. May I ask, as you have me curious, obviously it's an adult she would be protecting. Who do you think it is? If you don't want to answer, I understand. I am leaning towards 2 scenerios, Motive motive motive is what comes to mind when thinking about this subject.

We're pretty darn sure at this point LE has stated it's not a stranger abduction, which motive would be to have a child, or do the "M" word to the child. Sooooo what can be the motive? Wanting a child, revenge, show me the money.

I don't know that it was murder...it could have been an accident.

I saw no concern, no grief, no weariness...I saw a rigidly defensive stance that screamed of personal agenda.

Good interview, obvious NG likes RC and knows he loves his child and had nothing to do with her disappearance.I'm glad he has a good lawyer now.

he looked like a statue made of stone....there was no emotion whatsoever... imo

I think she is covering for Ron. I think something happened that was either an accident or beyond their control and he is culpable either way.
I think Misty is just young, stupid and in love. I have been there. I can fully identify with her doing this.

I already did that, the first time it aired. I'm ALWAYS objective.
What exactly are you thinking we should be noticing?
What I saw was barely controlled anger and frustration. And I think his lawyer had already instructed him on what he could say. I don't know why anyone would expect him to get up on national t.v. and say that yes, he knows his wife is lying through her teeth. If he was involved, of course he isn't going to admit it.
Btw... he did start out by trying to get the focus on Haleigh... Nancy just wanted to know what he thought of Misty's LDT results. Same with his lawyer... but she wasn't buying it.
I was proud of Nancy tonight, but even though her intentions were good, I don't think she got any answers.

In my opinion, we all already know Haleigh is missing; it is time to get into the reasons why she's missing. That has always included discussing the circumstances and the person(s) who saw her last. I'm tired of pussyfooting around this one fact: Talking about everything surrounding Haleigh is the only way to bring her home. Avoiding the truth of it, hiding behind "I want to keep the focus on Haleigh" is great......however, Haleigh didn't walk away. She didn't just get on a bus and relocate to a new place. She is a little girl whose caretaker failed polygraph tests when asked about the day/night that she disappeared.

THAT is focusing on Haleigh.

Im thinkin NG sees the truth now and fooled Ron well enough to keep him in her corner, there seemed to be a look of concern and a type of turning point when she asked him what does Misty say happened that night, and he said "I dont know she wont give me answers" .......... LE should love that one.....jmooc

I want to know Ron Cummings I.Q.

Out of the whole segment, the words that stood out to me the most, spoken by Ron, were that Misty hasn't kept her story straight with him. It is down-right BIZARRE that anyone would say that nonchalantly about someone suspected of being involved in their child's disappearance, marrying that person, eating dinner with them every night, sleeping in their bed... The ONLY explanation I can think of as to why Ron hasn't beat the truth out of Misty is that he knows everything Misty knows.

To be fair, given the info coming out this week, a cold stone like emotional reaction is not outside of the norm. I am far from RC's biggest fan or supporter. I think the ultimate causes of Hayleighs loss started well before that night and stem from the environment that she was living in. But tonight, while he was still putting out the pre prepped party line concerning Misty and saying what his lawyer prepped, he did seem to be listening and thinking. If you watch the coldness did seem to be growing throughout th evening especially as more and more experts were calling into question Misty's stories. I think the major part of Nancy's goal tonight was to get him to start thinking and raising doubts. He seems to respect her so Mizz Nancy may have actually started to get through his unwavering and unquestioning support of Misty.

I didn't see it like that.

I want to clarify what I am saying.
First off, when I say I identify, I only mean I was a young girl with an older man once and I would have followed him in the gates of Hades if he told me he would take care of me and it would be okay. I was that stupid!
Also, I have watched and read for months without comment but I see things now that I have to speak about.

When I said I think this might possibly be about collecting monies being held pending the end of this ordeal, I feel that might be the one of the reasons he is talking now.

Secondly, I think his tears were genuine the days following the initial disappearance of Haleigh I have always felt he would have held a lil' more composure if he didn't know her fate alreadyl.

Again, I hope I don't offend anyone.

I want to know Ron Cummings I.Q.

IQ tests are biased. I would have to know his whole life experience. He'd never rate well in a standard IQ test.

I tell you what, though......if there's any reason for me to have to be in the dark woods of Putnam County, and as long as I'm on his good side, I'd feel a lot safer with him next to me than anyone else. There are a lot of ways to interpret intelligence. I think he has a substantial amount of the kind that keeps him going in life as he lives it.

Parts of the interview WERE good...Nancy showed a little backbone tonight...but didn't come up with any new information--aside from Ron's refusing to discuss Misty's poly/voice stress failures...I don't thing Ron gave any new info...JMO

Well, Ronald is sticking with Misty, isn't he? That tells me all I need to know. Of course I have always thought he and Misty knew exactly what happened to Haleigh. I have thought that since the first morning seeing him on video.

Tonight I saw an unemotional, stiff person.

JMO.
