Nancy Grace has twins early

i thought the big gap sounded a lot like twin to twin transfusion...

As I recall, twin to twin transfusion occurs in twins which share one placenta, not in fraternal twin pregnancies such as Nancy's.

I have a feeling that Nancy had some degree of placental insufficiency with Lucy, common with multiples ( and singles) in an older first time mom. Also, I've thought that it was a blessing that the boy was larger, since, as the previous poster said, preemie boys usually have less mature lungs than girls of the same gestational age.

How wonderful! I am so happy for Nancy and her husband. And, I kind of wonder if all that she has been through this past month will "mellow" Nancy any? I still really like her and I like her show, but she does get shrill sometimes!

What happy news for Nancy and her family! Makes me smile.

Beautiful pics...but do you see the loony-tunes who post messages there???

They make WSers look positively normal. :D

I saw those posts.

Lucy and David are so beautiful!! <sigh> Makes me want another... ;)

Some of those messages were terrible! :bang: I guess they don't moderate that site, huh?

I especially liked the one that said Nancy is an alcoholic....I don't think she is, I think the poster is jealous of Nancy!

I wish Nancy and David the best with their family. Nancy deserves happiness.

oh, i've been waiting on pics of the babies!...thanks:)

Aren't they cute? But, guys, I have to say having babies at 48 is a tough call. I am 58 with adult children so I don't know how one would deal with infants at that age. Yes, I am sure she has nannies but she is a southern gal and will participate with her children. The energy required is astronomical. Bless Nancy and I am glad she has this opportunity as her younger years sucked.
