I would suspect it is probably a troll, but if I am Savannah, 1 bitcoin would be like a drop in the bucket. I would pay on the off chance it may be legit (as small a % of a chance that may be). MOO
Here’s HARVEY:

Discussing the 2nd email from the person wanting the single bitcoin to rat out the kidnapper.

Eyes look like possible mascara or could it be a woman's silicone mask under the knitted face mask ?
Why is the FBI so sure it's a male?
View attachment 644233
Because in all things, we tend to look at probability and not possibility. Its possible a Chinese operative is behind this, but not probable. Authorities have to focus in many caees on what is probable, because the possibilities are endless. So, what's probable? Most violent crimes committed by males. Less than .01 of .01% of these types of violent kidnappings would be perpetrated by a female. What else is probable? Usually people who know the victim in some capacity either directly or indirectly. Being the mom of a famous person who has had some media coverage skews this data slightly in that one could argue shes "known" by more people. So, again, in short, looking at data, a female perpetrator would be less probable to a point where it may jot be considered unless there were obvious 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 or some other striking female feature.

Could the perp be a new driver? Someone with not much experience on the road. Hence why he’s going so slow.
Or maybe had the mask(s) on and couldn't see well? Maybe driving slowly so as not to attract attention to himself, should LE be around on traffic patrol?

Isn't the pacemaker attached to the heart? That would mean someone in her family surgically removed it. That's cold.
Ýes, a pacemaker is surgically implanted under the skin in the chest area and then attached to the heart via electrical wires (This is my brief layman’s description. Lol). However, I see no reason for the abductor(s) to remove it unless they thought a pacemaker has GPS capabilities. Which they don’t (at least my own pacemaker does not). I have an app installed on my phone that can remotely send reports to my doctor, but only if I’m relatively close to my device. Her smart watch was reportedly found at her home, so unless they also took her phone or other device which synced with her pacemaker, there would be no need to remove the pacemaker from under her skin. Hope this makes sense. Again, unless the perpetrators don’t understand that about pacemakers. MOO

It's my recollection that last week the sheriff said unless there were new developments, he wouldn't hold another press conference until Thursday (today). But I've also seen a tweet that the sheriff is not planning to do any interviews/updates today. Is that correct?
That Thursday press conference comment was from a week ago, meaning last week Thursday.

I’m not asking them to release evidence for optics. I’m pointing out that if her physical arrival home hasn’t been confirmed publicly, that’s a critical piece of information.
Here's a thought ... what if LE KNOW and they also know the 'struggle' or evidence a crime happened at Nancy's house ... was staged ?
Who stands to gain from Nancy being gone ?

What if they know she was not returned back home because with a cane she may not have opened/closed her door that quickly ?
What if they know her car was used and brought back by someone who had no problem opening/closing the garage door in under a minute or two ?

Am hoping very much that LE are figuratively miles ahead of us, because it doesn't look that way right now, just an opinion.
They've been reticent in the past about letting the public know much, understandable, and I have to assume that the release of that doorbell/cam footage was intentional to make the perp(s) sweat.
Omo.

If this true geez...Well I mean maybe LE should take a tip and ask for a copy? Sounds like a good idea!
What does this mean? I am confused!

I can't say I have heard of this news site before (not saying it is not relevant or correct). But this is the first time I have seen mention of the smartwatch being at the foot of the bed.
I hadn't seen that either, just that it wasn't a typical location (like on a nightstand, or on its charger). It that leaked, that's a media person leaking again. I doubt LE leaked that.

If they KNOW this, then the guilty party would be pretty obvious presumably. Ransom notes would likely not be taken seriously. Random delivery men would not be detained. I don't know. IMO it feels like a stretch to think family was involved especially if they had the sort of information you are asking about.

The pulse generator is just under the skin on the left side of the chest just beneath the collar bone. It's easily visible. Not that I think anyone removed it, but it wouldn't be difficult. IMO

You still have to cut through the skin to remove it. Depending on what would be used to remove it, it would be bloody.

Does both of these pictures look like the same person to you all? Apparenlty, Meghan Kelly was saying this onelooks like the person is wearing a different jacket, and that it's camo. It's too blurry for me to be sure of that. What do you all think?

View attachment 644212

I tried enhancing the image various ways yesterday, and it also struck me that it does look like camo with that, BUT that appearance of a pattern can also just be noise from the camera images taken in the dark.

Her phone, hearing aids, garage opening and closing, pacemaker attached to her app. I'm pretty sure there are also signs she was in bed, had her pj's on etc otherwise the LE would say it didn't look like she went home.
Add to that her Apple Watch, which can track when it is take off of the wearer (it stops tracking certain health data and activity metrics for example). We know the location of many of her devices can be tracked, though I've seen conjecture that her things were take from her outside of her home and staged at home. IF there was staging in that manner, the Apple Watch would data would show that IMO.

I understand the garage logs and device data are strong indicators she was home. But those are still indirect indicators. A garage opening doesn’t automatically confirm who triggered it. Phones and watches can show location without proving who physically had them. The pacemaker data makes it harder to dispute, I’ll admit that. I’m not saying this is the most likely scenario, I’m saying it’s not impossible. This is a sleuthing forum, and I think it’s fair to explore alternative possibilities when the timeline still clearly has gaps.

Yeah, and besides that we're not even sure THEY know their operational priority given some of the information released recently.
Honestly I get what you’re saying. I’m trying to kinda cut these guys some slack because but it’s been a bit difficult. I do suspect that they are all Exhausted and tired and frustrated and overwhelmed and grouchy, etc. They know eyes are on them and it’s gotta be doing a number on some of them that they don’t have NG back or anyone in custody. Egotistical finger pointing and infighting is probably happening as well.

It certainly has been interpreted that way by most, so I don't have any issues with that potential motive. I sway back and forth. But we can't dismiss those kinds of actions as irrelevant or trivial and stop talking about them if we aren't absolutely certain that's why he did it, and when those specific actions can and do have other meanings and intentions.

JMO.

I think that if it was intended as some symbolic gesture or as “insider knowledge” to prove that he’s the guy when communicating with LE or the family, he’d want to make sure that it was seen by leaving the camera there, connected to the system, rather than taking the effort he took to both disable the camera and later remove it entirely.

How would that explain the pacemaker though? If the pacemaker was syncing with the phone app at 2 a.m., Nancy was clearly home.

New ideas:

1) Perp used the side of his fist to block camera because he was about to knock on the door when he noticed the camera, so he shifted his fist to quickly block it while he gathered his thoughts (something about the camera surprised him).

2) Perp didn't care that HE was on camera, but still needed it blocked/disabled. Why? To hide video of him leaving. Or video of someone else arriving.

Why hide video of him leaving? Because maybe he was leaving with a dead body that would undermine the kidnapping farce? Or there was some other aspect of the departure that he didn't want on camera?

So maybe he tried to cover it up with a plant, and when that failed, pulled the entire camera off.

Edit. Or he wanted it covered so that when he knocked, NG wouldn't see anything if she checked the camera.

The second message received by TMZ does not make sense. The person claims to be an informant but then issues a threat toward NG if the Bitcoin is not received. WTH?
