What if:

- there was a request for a loan by a host a small family gathering, and it was declined
-someone became enraged and another person was injured and died, and the hosts of the gathering try to think what to do
-one of the hosts takes the deceased’s Apple Watch and collects some blood and walks over to the deceased’s house and enters through the garage just before 10pm, backing victims car out of the garage
-that host stages the crime scene, watch and blood.
-that host drives back to his house in victim’s car and puts victim in that car then drives around to find a place to hide the body
-then that host drives back to his house
-the next morning when the hosts go to victims house they take their car and victims car. Enter home by the garage, parking the victims car back in garage before LE comes.

*LE tows victim’s car days later after a license plate reader indicated the car was being driven around that night.

And after that bedtime story/fairy tale, it’s off to dreamland for me! Goodnight, friends!
I think this theory is looking more and more like reality. Only small thing I’d change is that they drove their own car to NG’s house at 9 something pm, as walking between the two would take 1.5 hours.

I sincerely hope we’re wrong!

Where do you think SIL is being held?
Could they be holding him and got the search warrant for tonight? There has to be some reason he is missing and not sitting holding his wifes hand. What would they have been able to pin on him? Him being so close to Mexico border that would be a major flight risk so I think it was a must to find something they can hold him on and then get all their ducks in a row quickly because they can only hold him so long without major evidence right? I think they are getting that the last 2 days. I think he is cooked.

As we endlessly speculate about what the latest tidbit of information may mean, or tediously parse each word of a statement (myself included), perhaps we should pause and take a moment to reflect on the bigger picture: That a sweet, kind woman has likely lost her life and her family is being tortured and being made to grieve and suffer (all in the very public spotlight).
And that "there before the grace of God go anyone of us".

Yes and my question about this current LE activity - why wait an entire 24 hours from the last time investigators were at the house? I’m sure there are a million reasonable answers. But seems strange they’ve returned again to this house (which, as far as I know, has NOT been a secured crime scene at any point, meaning any appropriate party - owner, family, etc - could enter/exit, clean, remove items, etc) but not until 24 hours after they were there last night for “5 minutes”.
Maybe they did not have probable cause for the warrant yesterday but they do today.

Sorry, I haven't been able to read every post, is it correct that a pacemaker can continue to send a signal even if someone has passed away? My google search says yes it can, but just checking as I know there are some on here who had alot of knowledge in this area

Something I keep coming back to is how unusual it is that whoever is behind this has not been traced yet, especially given the amount of digital activity reportedly involved.

What makes it interesting is that the same privacy tools often discussed in cases like this are not exclusive to criminals. Journalists operating in dangerous environments regularly use encrypted communication, anonymity networks, and secure operating systems to protect themselves and their sources in life-or-death situations. Those tools are designed to reduce traceability and protect identity, not just for wrongdoing, but for legitimate safety and confidentiality.

However, even with strong privacy tools, perfect anonymity does not really exist. In most real investigations, people are eventually identified not because the technology “fails,” but because small correlations appear over time. Behavioral patterns, timing, metadata, or a single verified link between identity and activity can collapse the anonymity layer.

So the real question is not just what tools are being used, but whether investigators have found the one small connection that ties a real person to the critical timeline. In many cases, once that happens, everything else starts to align.

Just an observation for discussion.
You're right. The military and other government entities also use them. Some were developed for that purpose. The problem is that it can take a very long time to either unmask or follow a Bitcoin wallet for patterns etc.

There seems to be a lot of confusion about pacemaker monitoring. The pacemaker is not transmitting to the receiver 24/7. Once a day, typically between midnight and 3 am, the app will interrogate the pacemaker for a transmission. It seems that when the interrogation was sent at 2:28 am the app received a "disconnected" reply because the pacemaker was not in range when interrogated and pacemaker data could not be retrieved.
but didn't they say at the press conference that there was a spike in heart rate at 2am?

ETA Apple Watch would record heart rate spike on its own and someone else could have been wearing the watch? Perhaps the person breaking in to NG house to do the staging.

All I'm saying is that if it is statistically more probable that a kidnapper would return my loved one if I paid a ransom - regardless of whether the kidnapper agreed to show me proof of life (I would of course plead for it) - then I would still pay it if I was able. I know my consequences of not paying it.

JMO.
Yeh. If i had the money. I’d hand over the money. They have the money 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wonder whether the house will be taped before they leave.

I am now more than 100 pages behind in spite of attempting to catch up for the last 2 hours! So I've just decided to let it be. Just wanted to talk about Nancy's car and the dents on it. The question is: were they dents from Nancy's driving or from something else? And I seem to recall that it is quite a new car, a 25/26 Subaru Forester. So you wouldn't think Nancy had done it all. But it could have happened if someone else was driving it offroad, transporting Nancy.

....

There is a special place in hell for those who hurt the most vulnerable among us.

MOO
Exactly. If you make it to 84, you should be able to live out the rest of your days in peace surrounded by loved ones. I had the same exact feeling about Rob Reiner and his wife. Made it to the late 70s and then - well, brought to an untimely end.

Goodnight all! I can't stay up any longer. I'll presume that LE will have to step forward with a statement in the morning. It will either be...."back off everyone!" or, "we are focused on specific leads and can't comment at this time".

I hate what NG's children must be going through right now as we 'presume' that a family member is involved in her disappearance. I hope they find clarity very soon!

Speculation here too, but I just cannot conceive that if Savannah and Camron knew for a fact that AG and /or her husband were responsible for this, that they would all sit together making a public response video to somebody “out there.”

Why would they not instead be dealing with AG/TC in private and with the FBI and sheriff’s office?

Why go through with what at that point would be a useless gimmick?

IMO
I seriously doubt that Savannah thinks her sister or BIL have anything to do with it. Heck even if the police came out and said family names as suspects Savannah and her brother may still not believe the police.

I'm thinking of the Morphew case where Barry Morphew is accused of killing his wife Suzanne. And their daughters came out publicly and defended their dad and said he could never do it. (I haven't followed that case recently so maybe they changed their minds idk).

But the authorities are treating it as legit. Either that or LE is letting NG's kids believe that it's legit so that they have time to gather needed evidence. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm starting to have some suspicions...
I believe ultimately the decision on how to treat ransom requests is up to the family, per the FBI. They offer guidance obviously but I think if a family decides they want to move ahead, the FBI won't stop them. They are there to try to minimize damage if they disagree with the approach from what I understand.

I am watching the live stream, sorry I can't link... 3 vehicles were actually there. 1 just left. He had a deputy patch on his sleeve. Yes, the livestreamer was THAT close as he drove out.

I can say for myself that NG has been on my mind the entire time. I can feel complete sadness, sympathy and compassion for her and her family, while still asking questions. I want her brought home….one way or another.

If this is what it looks like, SG's life is ruined. I don't know how she could ever recover from the horror and betrayal. I'm so sorry.

Maybe they did not have probable cause for the warrant yesterday but they do today.
Makes sense.
Has the press noted any type of LE (even unmarked vehicles) at or around AG’s house day and night last few days? I’m now thinking it’s unlikely the house has been left completely unmonitored by LE in some way, even if the owners aren’t suspected it would seem to be standard safety protocol to keep someone around to monitor such a visible landmark in the case. Although.. they DID leave NG’s house largely unattended after just a day or two (before returning and re-making it a crime scene)… so who knows.
