I think coverup motivation is very unpredictable - after that dude allegedly killed Charlie Kirk, his dad was about to turn him in. If, like, a family member I was extremely close to was potentially involved in something bad, I legit would need to think about it hard - and if you knew me IRL i'd be the last person you'd assume would be flaking on that type of decision.Just a general query, but how often do you think a parent might try to cover for a child's actions? Would most parents, some parents, not at all; what do you think, in general? Just curiousity, fwiw.
Edit - I definitely wouldn't involve myself in a coverup, that's for sure.
