Two sheriff vehicles are at a neighbor’s house. They knocked on the door, but no one opened. The neighbor’s house is at the top of the road behind Nancy’s house not AG’s.

We know church members notified the family about Nancy's absence. Who was supposed to pick up Nancy for church that Sunday morning? Wouldn't the alarm have been sounded at that time?

We don’t KNOW that there was a call made. In fact, the Sheriff left this alleged phone call out of his timeline this past Thursday. He didn’t speak of it when running down the timeline verbally, and it wasn’t included in the PowerPoint presentation of the timeline.

But you raise a good question! If Nancy were attending church in person, would she have driven herself, or would she have called an Uber?

They have already been looking at doorbell cams but may be going back over everything, just to be sure. In this neighborhood, the houses are spread a bit apart and are set back a bit from the street. So, many door cams may not reveal anything going on at the street level, but could reveal people on the property. MO

i think originally most of the work was done in and around NG home...then it moved out to AG home.

I agree. They would have a septic waste company pump truck do this. I’ve observed my friends septic being pumped. It’s hazardous waste.

I believe it would be a good idea to first use a probe if one was looking for a body. Septic tanks aren't so big that a probe couldn't locate one. If you pumped the tank not knowing a body was there, the suction may destroy any parts that may have decomposed. Those parts would go into the truck's tank and I can't imagine how LE would deal with that. If a body was located with a probe, removing it and then pumping for any additional evidence (ie. a gun, or golf club, baseball bat) I would think would be a safe way to go.

What money? Why do you think NG Is wealthy? Plus, whatever she has would probably have to be divided 3 ways ....among her children. For all you know she has a mortgage or reverse mortgage. The person with money is SG. This is NOT a familial money grab from the mom. This is about NBC, SG, a stalker, the appearance at the OLYMPICS..something along those lines. IMO

What I’m saying is that interfamilial murders like this are usually financially motivated. If someone in the family killed her, they would get part of the estate — but they would *not* benefit from ransom money, which is why I’m saying (as you are) that it seems like an outsider.

Our vacation/lake house had a septic tank...that's too big an opening for septic. And the tanks are usually close to the house with the field drains going outward, downhill and away.

It was a septic tank--the governing body (city? county? didn't make note) approved septic plan has been recently posted here.

Septic/well records that were pulled for Nancy's home. They have no record of a well and state they are connected to the City of Tucson water services. For septic it looks like they had a smaller septic tank that caused drain field failure back in 1991, so they then had 1,000 gallon septic tank installed. Here is the map portion of the approved permitting paperwork if anyone is curious.

Oh I don't disagree with that. But there are a variety of reasons they may be doing it now and it ranges from "no one was home when we tried previously" to "oh. Whoops. We maybe should have done that already."
