This is in the criminal complaint filed against fake hoaxer, filed on Thursday Feb 5th
View attachment 642933
I just read through that whole thing and it is quite interesting - that's Federal indictment filed by the FBI. So at that point it appears they were still under the impression the church friend call was real. But then indicates they didn't go to the residence until noon, which is later than originally stated. i

5pm is fast approaching and I’m waiting for another video from Savanna and her family to say it’s been paid. But I’m questioning why they are even posting the videos? If they know they’ve made the payment, why would they show that to the world? Also, if they don’t make the payment, what are their options? It’s very unlikely N is alive, I believe she was killed before she was removed from her home. Does the family believe her remains will be returned? I know they are wanting that, but I have a hard time believing that will happen due to risks of being caught.
Could be that they're posting the videos because the (invisible) ransom note writer has demanded that of them (all in an attempt to control and to publicly shame the family)?

Also...might it be possible that the Guthrie siblings have paid something -- but just not all that may have been demanded of them?

Seems the sheriff has led us astray regarding the pacemaker and communications with the iphone or watch. After reading what many WSers have provided about their own pacemakers, it seems that the pacemaker will make an attempt to communicate with iphone/watch just one time per day to download data, it is not a constant monitoring situation.

Thus, the timing of the iphone message is not indicative of when she actually went missing.

All just my opinion after reading many WSer experiences.
I'm not sure that's entirely accurate. I believe there might be some confusion about the actual connection of bluetooth between the two devices.

While most if not all pacemakers don't have real time monitoring between the devices, rather instead an interrogation at certain times. I do believe they would still show connected to ones smart phone.

While there might not be data transmission or "syncing" continuously, they would still show a connection while in range IMO.

Would it be possible that when Investigators said the pacemaker app said disconnect from phone that it was referring to the app losing basic BT connection to the device and not actually losing connection while in the middle of an interrogation?

Edited to add: 2:28am seems like a random time for an interrogation to be taking place. MOO

Yes, pacemakers can maintain a Bluetooth connection with a phone app even when not actively interrogating.
This allows for continuous monitoring and data transmission to the app, providing patients and healthcare providers with real-time information about the device's status and performance. For instance, Bluetooth-enabled pacemakers, like those using the MyCareLink Heart app, facilitate ongoing communication, ensuring that important data is readily accessible without the need for frequent manual checks and reconnecting to Bluetooth.

He makes a lot of statements doesn’t he??
I'm not sure, I do not live in the US 😟 I meant whether we can expect a much bigger press conference today led by the sheriff with the FBI Director present too (e.g. like the CK press conference in September).

The first ransom note was received MONDAY of last week BY TMZ AND A COUPLE OF LOCAL NEWS AFFILLIATES. Another poster said they were following from the beginning and no ransom note was from the beginning....well, There you go...By last Monday, it was all over the news.
I don't disagree with the conclusion that this was in the news before the first ransom note was received by media (we do not know if any other attempts were made to contact the family or send the note prior to that). But because the timeline here is so confusing, and some of these details may end up mattering, I think it's really important that we try to get the facts straight.

Per reporting by News Nation, local news affiliates and TMZ did not receive the note at the same time, and TMZ only received it on Tuesday, not Monday. Specifically, they say:

"KOLD received the first ransom note at approximately 5 p.m. Monday"

and then

"TMZ received what appears to be the same initial ransom note Tuesday morning, approximately 12 hours after KOLD got it and about an hour after a second Tucson television station received it."

So, it appears that there are at least three separate times that the note was sent to various media outlets. It did not all happen on Monday.

Regarding the “church call”, what changed in approximately 17 hours between the filing of the complaint and the sheriffs presser? At approximately 6:02 PM on February 4th, LE had realized the ransom was a hoax by Callella. The last pressor from the Tucson sheriff was February 5th at approximately 11 AM. Lack of follow through from whoever filed the complaint? It just seems odd to me that the church call was added to the complaint but omitted from the timeline and pressor.

Yes they are. I was raised in Texas and now live up north. I love Texas and it’s a shame what has become of the southern and western borders. Cartels are powerful and people are very afraid of them and sadly, LE is paid off by them and working for them. I mean some of the LE. I have many friends in Tucson. It’s a wonderful city, now controlled by cartels.
I have lived here since 1972 and I was unaware of this information...

That depends on how much SG has helped them out financially in the past. There comes a time when enough is enough.

JMO
Agreed. And asking for money often involves strings and can shift power dynamics.

My heart rate jumps every time I get up to go to the bathroom. Also, a Sleep Number bed shows exactly how long you were in bed, how long it took to fall asleep, etc. Actually, my Fitbit indicates that as well, but not in bar chart form.
Exactly. Heart and breathing rates would be much higher if very active and nervous as with abducting a person or disposing of a body.

I keep asking myself ….Why would a kidnapper hold on to NG for a week? Just doesn’t make sense, to me. This gives FBI more time to investigate. The risk of NG perishing increase by the minute.

I’m on pins and needles today, as most, hoping for good news but I don’t see this ending today, even if the ransom is paid.

Plus they would have checked his devices, to include downloading his phone (maybe more than once).

So I think it’s unlikely he sent them.
I don't think most on this board understand how difficult it is to do what the kidnapper has done.

A simple VPN works by routing your internet traffic from your browser or email app to a private server, that server then uses a different IP address, or rotating IP addresses to mask your traffic to the recipient. But that transaction is stored at the VPN's servers. Some VPNs will send your traffic through multiple servers this way to further wash the trail. In the US, VPN providers must keep a user log so you will be traceable. What the kidnapper has done must be very sophisticated and to me indicates a professional hacker or group that took advantage of the situation to try and make some money.

the whole ransom demand (multiples) thing has always felt off to me, like a red herring. Opportunistic individuals jumping on a hot case involving a "rich" family member's missing parent. But I have been loath to suggest a family member is responsible or that NG is dead.

With recent searches seeming to suggest LE is interested in AG's home, NG's home, and the space between I am forced to examine the possibility that NG may not have made it home at all that night and whatever happened at her home later was all staged to suggest she had. Hard to know if that theory holds any water though because without knowing where in the home cameras would be focused, the whereabouts of AG household members at later times in the night etc. MOO not a lot to grab onto to even form a theory.
This makes the most sense to me at this juncture.

Seems to me that if a family member were in dire financial straits, SG would not hesitate to help them out. JMO
Absolutely not the case with many families. Every family is different, of course. Most crimes I follow revolve around money. Money has a powerful way of coming in-between people - sometimes even the closest people.

Within my own family - I am financially in a much better place than my siblings. With that said I don't feel it is my responsibility to pay their bills/debts even though I easily could. Once one starts - when does it end if ever is my concern. Who knows about SG and what she would do, but money can absolutely cause rifts in families whether it is a little money or a lot.

Also, SG is married with kids. My husband and I have his side and my side asking for money. We used to be more generous until more money was expected and resentment started to grow. There are a lot of many different issues that can arise when loaning money to family or even giving money to family. All sorts of issues can develop.

Moo.

I’ve mentioned that I live in NG’s neighborhood. Several people here as well as folks I know who live close to main roads, even outside of this neighborhood, had LE visits over the weekend. They want footage from any cameras facing these main roads: Oracle road and 1st Ave are the two I can personally confirm.
Thank you for sharing!

I really am surprised the perp has gotten so lucky thus far. It seems they definitely would've been caught on some of those main road cameras.

READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ

Do NOT quote random podcasts as fact.

The “sputum in the blood” claim is coming from a podcast appearance. A podcast is not a verified source.

If you state something as fact, provide a credible link. “I remember hearing” or “I think I read” is not a source.

If it’s your theory, say “In my opinion.”

Facts need sources. Theories need labels.

Now we have to clean up a ton of posts talking about this as fact.

UNLESS YOU HAVE A FACT NO MORE SPUTUM PLEASE

Thank you.

I’ll be back once I finish my completely calm and totally not dramatic nervous breakdown.

If nothing happens today, ransom included, tomorrow will be even bigger pins and needles. Bowling pins and knitting needle size.

There will be no good news unfortunately. It was obvious from SG's latest message and generally putting all of the factors together, the chances of her still being alive at this point are very low. Jmo.

Do you have a source for vpn providers being required to keep US user logs? I did a google search and found nothing

They used dogs, drones, helicopters, and ground searchers from multiple agencies. I think it appears to us that the search was quick because it took a while for this to even hit the news.
Good point. I’m just used to seeing like week-long searches but with all the resources that were likely called in on Sunday, they probably were able to cover quite a bit of ground. And I wonder if the terrain is more flat and open there? When I think of Arizona, I think of desert = flat and barren to me, but the furthest west of the Missouri River I’ve been is Denver so I truly have nothing but movies and books to base that on!
