A DoorDash driver living at the border wouldn't be my first guess for the perp. Not high hopes here.
Not saying a name, but think people might have it wrong as we have a Sr, and Jr with the same name. Think younger.
I think she's naive. Not everyone watches the news 24/7........I agree this has all gotten very sad on multiple levels. The worst being that NG has not been found. I agree it's time to log off for a bit...
I am confused as to why Briana Whitney is reporting SWAT is back in Tucson if they're still searching the home in Rio Rico, but maybe it's a different group.
EDIT: Watching the MIL video again, not sure what to think. She's totally fine giving out info about her SIL (maybe she think's he's innocent, maybe she never liked him...) but she also doesn't know who NG is. Really?
Phones. She said they took their phonesI've found a 36 year old, same exact name, previous address right where police are right now. I'm inclined to think this is the bitcoin ransom guy, if police taking all his electronics.
What father?NGL, considering Fathers history, it does my my eye raise a bit.
Richard Jewel classic exampleI'm just not loving this being the guy. Apparently this was based on a "tip," and the interview with his mother-in-law did not give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
We've seen this in a couple recent cases, where the Feds jump the gun. More of the same I fear.
Am I being naive in thinking a delivery guy who is trying to make some money to move his family out of his MIL's house would not have the sophistication nor be tech savvy enough to set up a secret untraceable Bitcoin account? Or is it something you can easily learn?
Then again, he could be part of a group, and this guy's job was only to kidnap an elderly lady.

Because it's not based on the investigation itself, but a tip, likely one that came in today. Why not? He travels a lot?
Yes! The stakes are so high here that I can literally feel anxiety and I'm certain they are triple checking they dot all is and cross ts.Can’t afford “fruit of the poisonous tree” to blow up a case
I would like to see an accurate pic of him. Not sure if we have an accurate likeness of him posted. But he sounds low income, possible recent incarceration from what has been posted here. He regularly travels to Tucson... with the right connections, he may be a guy to to the task. MOOI'm just not loving this being the guy. Yes, she seemed to contradict herself. She did say that, but she also said she arrived and LE had already broken down her door, handcuffed her son etc. She was interviewed by diff folks CNN and BE. When she said "go ahead search" I think she was being honest but was reciting conversation with LE and cooperating while they had already started searching.I thought the MIL said in the interview I watched, that she gave them permission to search whatever they wanted, or something to that effect. Whether a warrant was obtained or not, wouldn't her permission grant them legal access?
Likely she has enough problems in her daily life not to pay attention to other people’sI think she's naive. Not everyone watches the news 24/7........

He also could have been a side player, like someone paid to case her house…For fun, I googled how hard this would be to do. IMHO, anyone could do it --- not all would be successful but there are step by step directions online on how to do this, should someone want to.
If they are arresting him for being involved with the bitcoin wallet, it seems he did fail at setting up a secret untraceable bitcoin account to begin with…Am I being naive in thinking a delivery guy who is trying to make some money to move his family out of his MIL's house would not have the sophistication nor be tech savvy enough to set up a secret untraceable Bitcoin account? She changed her story significantly. The first video (posted up thread) she says she told them to search her house because they have nothing to hide. This latest video she flips the script and says they entered without a warrant, she told them they can't do it without a warrant but they insisted they don't need a warrant. Sketchy behavior IMO. She may just be changing her story to try to sue LE later or something stupid like that. Hard to say at this point but she was definitely caught in a big lie there.Brian Entin's interview with mother-in-law of man detained
