That's a fair amount of blood drops to just leave at your front door. Even if you got a sudden nose bleed and left it for later, I think most people would have hosed it off or mopped it up as soon as they could.I still don't think that blood is related to the crime. Meaning, she could have lost a few drops of blood at any time, with her elderly skin being so thin and all. It's entirely possible the police only mentioned the blood because the journalist, BE, went up to the front door, saw the blood, and reported on it. That should have never happened. LE should have never let anyone near that house. Because we know the blood is NG's, and if LE thinks it was deposited there during the crime, then BE basically tampered (unknowingly) with the crime scene.
IMO
I think bad information was reported by this CNN guest regarding a tattoo. I’m trying to see if a mod can delete that part of my post. If not, I will delete the whole thing since I’m no longer able to edit. His bulky gloves look like they go up further than his wrists
It could just be FBI speak. Maybe. Hopefully.“Recovery” is ominous. Maybe I’m reading too much into it.
IMO, it absolutely is not.Easy for one person to move a person unconscious/no longer alive. I don't even want to follow that train of thought.
In that case - a boat? Are there any canals or rivers in the area?Aside from anything else, a helicopter would be LOUD. No way one would get in and out of a neighbourhood unnoticed
I can't find it anywhere now but last Thursday evening I was watching the CourtTV livestream and their reporter mentioned that an adjacent neighbor also had her cameras disconnect that night. I've looked on the CourtTV website and YouTube channel and they don't have their livestream up from that evening... maybe LE asked them not to put that out there. But I definitely heard the reporter clearly.Has something been stated that the internet was disabled?
Nooooo, LOLThere was discussion of bears and coyotes yesterday. Could the perps have left the house unlocked and these animals have gone in, and… eaten Nancy’s body? That might explain the blood by the door.
There is a horizontal stripe across his chest. It's part of the jacket.I think the unbuckled strap is the waist strap.
The picture without the backpack, presuming it's the same guy, has no stripe.
I think they think she is deceased. While I'm sure they would love to be proved wrong, maybe they were afraid that "rescue" would encourage false hope in her family.“Recovery” is ominous. Maybe I’m reading too much into it.
There is nothing that points to this. There is no actual creShe most likely had a wheelchair for other people to transport her to doctor's appointments or to take her shopping.
My great grandmother weighed about 150lbs. She was partially mobile and it took a man and a woman to get her up and around. Old people weight seems very heavy for some reason because they aren't helping out with their muscles. More like dead weight, if that makes sense. I could see it being even harder to do if she fell, was bleeding, etc.there a
The problem with doing that is that could easily lead to false claims asking for more of the same. Because unfortunately, HL would absolutely report on this.I think they should just pay out the 1 bitcoin claim and see if it leads anywhere. Time is of essence and unless they have a very strong lead they are pursuing, they are giving up the chance for NG’s safe recovery.
Went to bed when the guy was detained. Woke up incredibly embarrassed for the police that they made such a show of this detention.
Agree. Also there is an elderly woman's life at stake. ETA The media should show good judgment.
That would have made a huge amount of noise that would have been reported, I would think. Is it possible the suspects used a private helicopter to move Nancy?
Closest idea from yesterday was an Outdoor Products brand bag, 20l-30l-ish volume. Pretty bang on as per pictures of these on Walmart pages.Has there been a clear match for the backpack? It appears to me to be reasonably new. Haven't heard much about it though.
Or, as happens to my elderly mom, NG could have nicked her arm and few drops trickled down before she even noticed it. Especially if she doesn't regularly use the front door as her main entrance. She could have been out there trimming bushes, got her arm snagged by a thorny branch, and didn't notice it immediately. Maybe she only noticed it when she went back into the garage, for example, not realizing she had left a few drops on the front porch. This is my THEORY as to why the blood is there and why it isn't a part of the crime scene. Wouldn't LE have cordoned off the porch if it was related? Have you ever, say, nicked a knuckle that started bleeding but didn't realize it until way after the fact? That's a fair amount of blood drops to just leave at your front door. Even if you got a sudden nose bleed and left it for later, I think most people would have hosed it off or mopped it up as soon as they could.
Some mistakes appear to have been made early in this case (abandoning the scene early, miscommunications from early press conferences, for examples) and a retired officer with 20 years experience there (7 in homicide) indicated there has been a lot of turnover and many current officers only have two to three years experience, so are fairly green. ETA: this was in a Brian Entin interview featured on one of Tricia’s live YouTube shows.Just my opinion, but this feels more like... leave no stone unturned than following up on leads.
Actually I can faintly see the stripe in that photo as well.I think the unbuckled strap is the waist strap.
The picture without the backpack, presuming it's the same guy, has no stripe.
