Editing to add: When I zoomed in I thought it looked like the person was wearing white boots. In another shot, it looks like jeans with tennis shoes and perhaps the bright lights were making it all blend together to look like boots (to me).

Culver's is a fast-food type restaurant with inside tables and a drive-thru. I believe they originated in Wisconsin. Their specialty is hamburgers fried in butter. They also serve ice cream confections, pork tenderloin sandwiches, etc.

ETA: "As of late 2025, there are approximately 36 to 37 Culver's locations in Arizona"

There are a lot of snowbirds in Arizona and this is a Midwestern-type chain.

OMO: I’m still wondering if they might be expecting to find several bodies in the house. STS / News Nation reported earlier they believe the dogs brought in are cadaver dogs. The way it was reported, I had the impression there was a lot going on in this house — like horrific. MOO. MOO. MOO.

I've never seen a Bitcoin kiosk at a Culver's.

It was a traffic stop and I'm pretty sure that was the safest pullover site. Culver's would have no significance to anything. Just happens to be near where this guy was driving.
