It is hard to believe they sent that many people and CSI to the location and nothing resulted from it. I mean, that was a huge amount of force and investigators.
Same situation as Rio Rico but this time area was close enough for more 2nd wave (after SWAT). Should spend more time researching who they are going in after IMO. Doing this and coming up basically empty just makes them seem more incompetent.

I think the media need to stay out of this. They create chaos and false hope
this is the point of a well organized press conference

Who is this?

Not a named POI

IMO, this is not cool, AT ALL.

Numerous members have said this thing of developing your own POI is against the rules. Yet, here we are. Full body photos.

Nothing against you. :)

Just digusted. I came here to catch up and we're conducting our own parallel investigation. Yikes.

All JMO.

I'd recommend installing your own POE IP cameras with SD cards and then monitoring them with computer software like Blue Iris. I have mine set to record 24-7, on hard drives and my cloud, with AI alerts and push notifications to my cell. Then throw in a couple of backups like Ring cameras for redundancy.
These are the cameras I installed.

I’ve got a similar setup but with solar cameras. Other than the initial charging up before I installed them, they’ve never needed charging via cable in the year and a half I’ve had them. The battery never even seems to go below about 70%, which makes for a great “set it and forget it” option for locations/camera spots where you don’t want to be going up and down a ladder to charge it every few weeks/months!

I’m not asking to handle the DNA. I’m saying that government agencies can upload the DNA into the genealogy sites , and those of us genealogy detective volunteers can make family trees for the matches at distant cousin levels and narrow it down through cM’s and % of DNA and other matches. It’s tedious but doable with volunteers from all over the world. The unknown DNA that needs to be figured out can even be given the name Jane Doe etc.
Right now they have no way of knowing if that DNA is in any way connected to a CRIME. They can’t upload information w/o some warranted basis to attach random DNA to a suspected crime.

Please take the home camera recommendations to a different thread. It's completely off topic.

Yes. I understand that officers do search warrants and leads daily without all of the equipment this outfit seems to use. I think ultimately I just don't understand.

They detained a mother and son from a house. They detained someone else at a traffic stop. They went to detain a fourth person who shot himself in the head. That speaks as massive guilt to me. Moo. You cannot arrest a dead person. So thats why no arrest was made. @brianentin
Your link is broken. At least for me. JMO

There is a lot of misinformation, suicide has nothing to do with this case. The police have not confirmed this.

I agree with you. I wasn't the person who posted that photo, BTW.

All incorrect. He works for the dealership where the car was sold, no one knows who actually sold it. He doesn't have any strange ties to the Middle East, he is Middle Eastern. He also doesn't call himself "the accountant", he is an accountant, based in Tucson.

MSM link, please, stating all this.

There is nothing in the papers about the fourth person though. That appears to be someone spreading misinformation.

My apologies for not putting the link in the first time. I edited the post with the link for Brian Entin who I quoted from his video on X and youtube.

I’m interested in the person being mentioned even though I’d hate it to be that person for reasons I won’t go into. They should not be named or pictured in these threads, and I feel like I shouldn’t have even done the initials or responded about it at all. It feels bad — I’m sorry. However, right now I’m going to shower and finish making Valentine’s breakfast. Take care of yourself and your loved ones today 💕

Can I please ask why you have two different types? What are the differences between them? Thank you
Nest camera was bought by my son, I ordered Blink by coincidence. They both work equally well.

That is a great find. Please report it in (though they are flooded with reports atm). If you hear nothing back try again after a few days.

Thanks! This article should be pinned and posted somewhere for everyone to refer to as it has a wealth of information. I’ve been the victim of one home invasion, one attempted home invasion (while I was home) and witnessed a neighbor’s home invasion (separate city/state) from previous two above. I also was victim to a front porch burglary (they took all of our porch furniture!) in the same neighborhood where I witnessed the neighbor’s break-in.

We had home security systems (but no cameras) in both locations. We now have Blink cameras at front door, garage/driveway, and back porch. I’ve witnessed a few people (solicitors, etc) take notice of the front door camera as they walk up and seen their behavior shift once the noticed. The cameras are positioned high enough to scan the area but no one can rip them off without a ladder. Highly recommend these cameras (easy installation) and positioning technique.
Thanks for sharing!

Dropping this here as seems to be some confusion r/t being detained versus arrested.
Snipped and BBUM:

“An officer's "brief and cursory" holding and questioning of someone is a detention. An example is a cop stopping someone who is behaving suspiciously in order to ask a few questions. The suspect isn't free to leave, but he also isn't under arrest, at least until the officer develops probable cause. Another common example is an officer pulling over a driver for some kind of traffic or equipment violation.”

An arrest, on the other hand, involves the police taking someone into custody through a more significant restraint on movement. The quintessential example involves the use of handcuffs and an advisement that the suspect is under arrest.”

“Investigatory stops (or "detentions") must be no longer than necessary and officers must investigate with the least intrusive means that are reasonably available.”

*more in depth description/explanation at link:

IMO

Additionally, according to one of the MSM news channels reporting live last night, anybody present at a property where a SWAT search event occurs, is detained by default.
