I have thought this on other cases—esp on the Brian Kohberger threads before they got him! IMO that one seemed made-for-true-crime-TV from the start. The perp feels like the kind of person who's reading our posts and gloating about how smart he/she is and enjoying having that power. Kind of like the arsonist watching the fire or a perp who appears to be unrelated to the crime gives MSM interviews, even though he's the guilty one.
But all of this is purely an assumption on my part. You certainly don't have to agree with me.

But this one I am clueless what the perp is like. Is it someone who is excited by the idea of getting away with a crime or someone who had a financial reason to take Nancy Guthrie or what????
